1	Crazy "theory" I observed after a few years of small talk and some experiments. I call it verbal peacocking... Right. However, I'm suggesting it doesn't work. I'm sure there is some good stuff in NLP—some aspects such as how biases can be manipulated have been researched. Figure out baby approaches that you can do a large number of, which will help you reprogram your current response to anxiety. Write down how many approaches you do and how many pulls you get. Consider eating simple, easy to make foods to make compliance easier—spinach, chicken/tofu, rice/pasta/bread, several fruits. Don't stress too much about micronutrients until you've been hitting your caloric goals for a month.
