4	Feminism is getting out of hand in my country. People vote in China, its just in a different manner. If you're a communist party/united front party member (~10% of the adult population) you can vote. 3	Feminism is getting out of hand in my country. A certain percentage yes. I think the US founding fathers had the idea when they made the country a republic. Universal suffrage was a mistake. Race, creed, and sex alone shouldn't determine if one can vote but it sure as hell is associated.
