1	Working out 101 for the complete noobs This, taking gear allows me to train twice a day 6-7 times a week. I'd never train natty again. Feeling sore and shitty from workouts sucks. However I always advise new people. Once you start juice you don't stop. You will become addicted to the lifestyle and coming off will be incredibly hard.
