9	Bye Bye! This happenned at walmart. As a fellow Canadian Wal-Mart manager, I can confirm you that associates arent held back from defending themselves. They are held back from placing themselves in the situation. If there is an aggresive customer they are instructed to gtfo and call management. We will deal with the idiots. Most of the time the customer doesnt get physical, we simply wait, let thwm insult us, and have the police force them outside the building.
