The breakdown of the situation was logical and concise. It sounds like YOU are the one projecting negativity on to an opinion you disagree with, which hints at instability and emotional immaturity. You should look inward before pointing fingers outward, it would suit you a whole lot better. Edit: Looked through RevButtfaces posts and oh Jesus. Why do I bother. The kid is like 14.

I'm not worried about the OP in this context, his issue seems to be a fairly common one with low key homosexuals and one that will be easily/better addressed by someone who has been in his shoes. I'm more concerned with your attitude toward straight males, grouping them as a whole is no better than the way many feel toward gays. Being quick to point out that I am straight has nothing to do with my approval of their orientation, and I think many others are of the same mindset. If a gay man is qui…

As a straight dude who has no problem with gays, If they mention they are gay I'll make sure to mention I'm not. Why wouldn't I? If someone is compelled to to let their sexual orientation be known right away, then don't you think it's a bit bigoted of you to assume that my stating the same is homophobic? Just because we live in a world where it is overwhelmingly easy to persecute homosexuals doesn't mean that bigotry isn't a two way street.

I've seen a similar line wreck a guys reputation in a favorite establishment in one blow. The power is there, but you must use it wisely.

So I'm still getting downvoted to hell even though I'm 100% correct. I can only smile and shake my head at the absurdity.

It was more of a medium to express the idea at hand, I don't really expect too many people to actually have something like that on their desktop.

If it doesn't apply to you, awesome! However, I'm not too proud to say that atleast in some aspects of my life I think the quote is spot on for me.

I havent followed the rules and read everything, I'm still partially lost on the terms "escalation" and "framing" people have asked me to elaborate on. I'll get on it asap, thank you for the comment! Now to leading to the kiss I can elaborate, it had been a long day and we were tired, I had some nature valley bars and Gatorade in my car and grabbed them and invited her to join me. She gladly took the snack and we sat and talked for a bit. She was definately showing signs of interest, and sat clo…

I googled hiking clubs and stumbled onto their website. Google is your best friend for finding any type of club or organization, I'll back that 100%.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
