To further this, law of attraction works for those who become so entrenched in their belief that they'll become successful that they stop being lazy and actually do the work necessary. Doesn't mean that it was the "law of attraction", just means they stopped viewing themselves as pathetic/lazy until they were motivated enough to work for what they were "envisioning".

Monday to Friday could be your issue. All sleep doctors and professional advise to carry the same wake time into the weekend because your body gets into the routine and reaps the benefits whereas having seperate times for weekdays and weekend leaves you in an uncoordinated state. In saying that it might take a month (I'm no expert) of waking at the same time to not feel like shit (incl weekends).

A true alpha has reality morph around him. People are designed to be lead and have an innate need to please those who are superior. Plus if they were creating a positive fun vibe people would like to reciprocate. This happens for people not in uniform as well although in a country as patriotic as USA the uniform surely helps.

Your first part is correct but I view this as more of a PSA. You could ignore the dog shitting in your house all day, you could bitch about the dog shitting in your house all day OR you could find a solution that would stop that (eg letting the dog outside). I take this post as more of the latter.

The creativity is there but most likely blocked by repressed subconscious thought patterns which may have originated from religious, parental or experiential mental programming. You can change your brain over time to be less anxious and to let these thoughts flow. The process can take some time but you may be greatly rewarded by what it can teach you.

I'd say accepting and basking in failure to develop further from each failure and then from there to take more risks when not being as afraid of failing. Constantly changing and pushing your boundaries.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
