Exposure therapy is a way to control fear through repeated exposure to said fear. For example I am terrible with heights. So I go climbing and even plan on doing parachuting. The fear is still there, but since I overwrite it with joy it gets less and less. I fixed my fear of the dark finally, when breaking into a mine and staying there a weekend. The scientific method was developed to make sure, that a fact is indeed factual. It can be applied to any question. So basically everything is "science". To determine if something is factual, one needs enough data to have statistical relevance. This applies to building cars as much as to understand dating behavior. You can try to mock me or preach some story, but this method works longer than the Red Pill or even the internet. Why wouldn't it work for dating?
