However, that does not cover future earnings, which as soon as you get married become “marrital assets” regardless of your prenup. 3	Am I in the wrong here? I would be going for full custody tbh. I’m not “victim blaming” here, if she got drugged and assaulted that’s awful and no one should have to go through that. However, this isn’t about her, it’s about your kids and the simple facts are that she made choices that led to her “running off” with someone for 4 days (two of which she can’t remember) who drugged and assaulted her.
