Cheating, gaslighting, triangulating…Gotta inflate that ego somehow and dissociate from the fact that he’s a pos. Edit: spelling

This shows that she knows the type of audience she caters to. I hope she’s not one of those SWs on social media encouraging young impressionable women into doing this. And her father either completely missed the point or he’s feigning ignorance by asking the wrong question to alleviate his guilt. From what he wrote, she doesn’t care that he found her.

She started the relationship at 14-15 yrs old until 24yrs old. Men even with a 4 year age gap can’t afford to do that unless he comes from money. So ex is probably significantly older. The chances that her significantly older ex just gave her that money and received nothing in return is slim to none. He still has his claws in her. Edit: spelling

Holy shit so that’s why my ex said I love you so early. At the time I thought it was weird and didn’t feel like we were there yet. It was still like months before I agreed to do anything so I never put two and two together.

I’m not surprised that this is common. But really men have been using babies to lock women down for forever. It’s free, much more permanent and requires zero planning or significant effort on their part.

What helped was going back and taking notes of all the signs I missed. My ex is no genius I just didn’t know what all those “well that’s weird” moments I had meant. I’ve encountered other LV men like him since just going about my life and they’ve all have similar tall tale signs. The key has just been to take my time getting to know them and cutting them off at first flags. Also I give them very little info about me and they usually love telling me about themselves.

You’re absolutely right. That wasn’t my intention I just know that since this is hard to prove there’s not much I can do other than tell people and warn others. Stalking is one of the biggest indicators of male violence against women in the romantic context. I am very well aware of how dangerous this is and I’m taking precautions. I can’t do much legally yet but if this escalates I will.

Especially men you’re no longer interested in/ havn’t earned that trust. Even then it’s always best to keep details of future plans to yourself in general

No one but my parents and my siblings (if they remember lol) know what city I’m in. And the state I’m in is pretty big. I’ve blocked almost all of our mutuals and don’t ever post exactly where I’m living. Turned off snap location a long time ago etc. I never posted where I’ve lived nor post very often so I’m okay for now.

He doesn’t usually ask either. Just shows up. He is the type of guy that will pop up at your place to surprise you often. And do it empty handed. I can’t believe I thought this was cute at first. I was “nice”/ had no boundaries back then and felt bad about sending him away when he would show up uninvited and unannounced. this was during the relationship

I’m loving it so far! And I am thriving. Recreating my life, routines, carefully selecting friends and activities I want to devote my time to feels SO GOOD. I didn’t realize how much of my life was the way it was mostly out of habits from childhood and expectations from those around me.

I was thinking this too. Physics says that's not possible. The cart would be crushed in and we would have heard the crash. And that guy doesn't have the strength/momentum to do that kind of damage. Edit: Also the shape of the dent would not look like that. That car was hit by another car before this video was made. There are men this crazy out here but this video is definitely fake.

He has zero excuse/explanation (bc he sees there is none) to even use as a gaslight or else he would do it himself. He’s really waiting for the pickmieshas to give him one and defend him so he can go under their comment and go YES SOMEONE WITH sEnSe who wasn’t offended 🤡🤡🤡 Edit: Took out the Nah at the beginning bc he’s lazy too.

He wants us to do the emotional labor of wracking our brains for another way to read this when there is none. He wants women to do the mental gymnastics and gaslight themselves. Because he won’t take accountability. Not even in the shit he blatantly says.

I literally have to mentally prepare myself for the B.S when women start out with “he’s a great boyfriend/husband/father BUT”…Or when MEN say “I love my girlfriend/wife BUT”…IF YOU HAVE TO PUT A DISCLAIMER OR BUFFER BEFORE EXPLAINING THE SITUATION then ITS NOT TRUE AND SUBCONSCIOUSLY YOU KNOW PPL WILL SEE THROUGH YOUR PARTNER/YOU FOR THE SHIT THAT THEY ARE. It was a nail, but one that happened off the highway (on a public road). I knew it was there because it was hissing as soon as it happened but I needed to keep moving unto the highway. I’m 99.5% certain this was a random opportunist.

Trust your gut!! Like I commented under someone get cameras off Amazon and put one outside and some in your home. That way you have evidence of his being around you home in case you need it in the future. And it will act as a deterrent. This reminds me of when a couple years ago as a college student I got a flat tire on a major highway in broad daylight (around noon) and it was my first ever. I called my papa and told him where I was etc and he was on his way. He told me not to let ANYONE help m…

Speaking as someone who preFDS was afraid of aging bc of this myth, exposure is important. These posts are for other newbies who are lurking and still holding onto that fear. It might sound strange but looking at women who age well is what motivated me to start taking better care of my skin and health. I don’t follow celebrities/keep up with media. All I saw were married women around me (who were bogged down by LV men and multiple young kids) let themselves go (Now I can see that it’s bc they ha…

I’m forever wary of men who have no issues seeking help from women when they’re down financially. BROKE men who use golddigger negs are the worst because they prey on women who want to “do the right thing” and “see the good in everyone”. But really they have zero respect for these women and see them as a means to an end. Until they have money to flash at women who would otherwise never look at their depraved broke asses twice. Good on you for the objective self reflection though. Part of levelin…

Ladies the comparison isn’t to say we are objects that cost (insert high amount of $$). It’s to say that when men approach a high value women (the BUSINESS/BRAND) they know that the organization has expectations that are not negotiable and therefore look ridiculous doing so. It’s not that Gucci products are objectively better quality than anything you can find at a lower price, but that the expectation that you will need more to shop at Gucci is explicit and non-negotiable. Your requirements are…

Also treating you like a human being by respecting your needs, thoughts, opinions and boundaries. The bar is so low that I have to catch myself from gasping when I meet a man who is respectful, takes care of himself physically and does what he says he will do. This is what a lot of women (myself included) do on a daily basis. This should not be celebrated. *sigh*

In some cases they will shame you and resent you for looking down on her relationship that she’ll vent about when things start taking a nose dive. Her man could cause trouble for you if you start spending time with both of them. If you think this friendship can add value to your life I’d say give it a try but tread carefully. Sometimes this can result in a new FDS ally but from what I’ve witnessed that’s not the case most of the time. Something inside her drew her to accept her situation as norm…

What helped me is really looking back at how many times I asked him to block her or leave me alone and he didn’t do either. Because it benefited him even though the situation drove me crazy, and negatively effected my life and our relationship. I was in the exact same position you. As a boyfriend he tended to other needs except that. But when I think about it, my other needs benefited him too. When he made me happy his life was so much better too. They bring up fatherhood during talks for promotions, responsibilities they would rather opt out of, absences and when they’re being recognized for their work/achievements and it makes them look good in a way that if a women did this, it wouldn’t be received as a badge of honor. Essentially fatherhood is a burden that they carry on their shoulders. And because they’re fathers who don’t really discuss fatherhood, it’s often assumed that they’re dependable (bc someone chose to give them children),…

I’ve noticed that this is also an indication of a HV man. HV men don’t automatically equate friendly ness with attraction. They extend the same friendliness back and you can have conversations with them without them thinking it’s more. Even when they’re interested in you they take the time to look for more clues and get to know you better. Because they don’t want to make you uncomfortable if the attraction isn’t mutual. But then I saw the hE’s nOt aS bAd aS I mADe hIm oUt tO bE and hope was extinguished. She literally just stated the truth. She has 4 kids and no marriage even though she’s been wanting it for years. I’m currently reading “how to spot a dangerous man” by Sandra L Brown M.A and he’s literally the addict she describes. He’s gonna drag her through a lot of hell and she’s gonna be out of shape and he will further her disordered her eating. He’s shown her so many red flags (including being an undependable father) But it seems like this is something she is hellbent on pursuing. This man REEALLLY wants you still. I say block him anyways so he has no inkling that he’s welcome on your page. If he makes another account block that too. It takes like 3 seconds to block but longer to make another account. Men like this will bring down every positive experience you share and you shouldn’t even have to see it.

Men call other men simps when they do anything remotely thoughtful. Men purposely undermine efforts that don't directly benefit men. Edit: I had to expand on what I meant by simps*. Simps aren't inherently HV. It's the action of catering to a women that these men are clowning.

THIS!! I have seen men GO TO BAT for their shitty male friends. Multiple of my ex’s male friends would talk me into staying and would help coordinate him getting in contact with me when we would break up. He would cheat and gaslight me and they we’re all in on it. They would see me fall apart, tears and everything and try and convince me he’s not such a bad guy bc he did romantic shit and was a “funny guy” who just “messed up”.
