I asked, she said ok, but then it just never got scheduled. It fell to me to schedule, even though she was unemployed at the time. Then we moved, now we live rural where there are no couples therapists, and she doesn't like remote therapy. Neither do I, but I'd be willing to try if they even do remote couples therapy

Then I'm just "leaving her." I tried a version of this, but without laying down the boundary, and that just escalated her disregulation. Might want to try again with that boundary in place
