The philosophy found in here is not about achieving happiness. It's about achieving satisfaction, and then working harder to achieve it again at a higher level.

I think I was a bit vague there. What I meant was an internal urge drove our ancestors to reproduce. So it's natural it you start feeling that too.

To me, it always comes like this: You and me, and everyone else alive right now come from a very long chain. A chain stretching back to the first homo sapiens. This chain would not have continued like this if there wasn't a reason, a purpose in doing it. Well, I am by no means old, but I am starting to form an idea in myself. I've seen many things, I've experienced many things, and i've started to feel like I want to leave something to this world. The easiest way of doing it is a kid. The hardes…

To add on top of this, do not believe women when they say they will. This is extremely important to remember. Right now, you might say 'yea ok I get it', but do not forget it. She isn't special, she is exactly 'like the other girls', she has nothing that distinguishes herself from the others.

You don't have the chance of being nurtured by women. The only exceptions to this are family, and that too is not always an option. If your mother is a good parent, you can vent to her. If you have an older sister it will work too. If you've been married for years, from time to time, you can vent to your wife. She will feel obligated to nurture you, but she will never want to do it. Here's the thing though: They are women. They will give you womanly advices. Their position will be feminized, thu…

There is a subreddit called fatlogic where you can find hilarious things about being fat. I've come to realise that 'fatlogic' is one part of a typical mindset. What's interesting is how when you see one aspect of the mindset, the other aspects are there too, you just need to give the person some time to show it. These are: Shifting the blame: 'I'm fat because of my conditions' Enforcing passive behaviours: 'I'm fine the way I am, I don't need to change my lifestyle' Irrational one-liners: 'Fat …

Yes exactly. I would like to add, however, that many women do this instinctively or in full hypocrisy, meaning they either aren't even aware of it or are hamstering away by believing their own lies. So when you show them the truth, they cannot handle it. This is why judging them is futile. It leads to nothing. The same thing happens with passive men too, they can't handle it. Their whole life they have been taught that they should be nice, caring, giving, they should provide, etc. Notice how non…

You know, one thing that this subreddit doesn't have (and still tells that we as men need to master this) is empathy. It is easy to just write 'fuck it man, she's a slut. Dump her' to a guy who had a good relationship with wonderful moments. It is easy to just write 'next her' when a person had the best moments in his life with a woman. Transitioning from oneitis and scarcity mentality to abundance mentality is actually severing some of the emotions towards relationships and women. This doesn't …

I have found so many great things in here. One was a quote 'When the student is ready, a teacher appears' Show him this place. If he doesn't have the balls to see the truth, if he cannot accept that he has been lying to himself this whole time, then he doesn't deserve it anyway.

Hey Penguin. I relate to your story more or less. It has been 4 months since I broke up with my ex, we were together for 11 months. I know, its not that much, and people here will despise me but I wanted to marry her. However, we had problems. Especially after autumn things got really rough. I always thought I was in control of the relation while I was a TOTAL SUBMISSIVE BETA. I know it, and just as you said, I cringe now at the way I handled some situations. I cringe and I feel ashamed. I am as…
