2	Never told anyone this, need to get it off my chest. Though I have had nothing like this happen to me, I generally was more of an internal person and "suppressed" most negative feelings from everyone. I thought this made me strong, I guess. However, recently I have learned that this in fact makes things worse as you hang on to those feelings and never can let them go. My advise is definitely go to therapy but along with that find someone else that you can vent to. Whether it is your wife or a close friend it is definitely important.
