| 2 | Never told anyone this, need to get it off my chest.Though I have had nothing like this happen to me, I generally was more of an internal person and "suppressed" most negative feelings from everyone. I thought this made me strong, I guess. However, recently I have learned that this in fact makes things worse as you hang on to those feelings and never can let them go.
