I suspect though that it wasn't the punch that knocked him out, it's stated in this article and others that they were both drunk and she threw herself at him. I think what likely happened is that her punch and body weight caused him to fall, hit his head and that's what knocked him unconscious. It's disturbing to me that this could be a grown man (according to his posts) telling teenage boys that they can't be raped in a space that's meant for teens.
