Strangely enough ive had acne my whole life and kept it at bay with bactrim and clendomycin (prescription) and got on 500mg/test a week keeping everything else the same and my acne is slightly better. Im not a scientist but ill take it

Can you Explain It Like I'm 5: "Talk about genetic ancestory and how there is 2x as much genetic variance in the female line (mitochondrial DNA) than the male line (y chromosomal DNA). Meaning that for every male ancestor we have, we have 2 female ancestors. Meaning that half of men never successfully reproduced and the other half had children by multiple women."

I'm 5'11'' 165lb and I B/S/D 225/290/365 at around 12% BF and have been lifting for around 6 years but can still run a 5k in under 20mins. DO NOT get on gear until you have hit your natural maximum potential. Seems like you have a ways to go until you need outside assistance. Im haven't hit my cap yet, so you definitely haven't either.
