10	Wellness check: how're you coping with the fallout? I was going through some bad anxiety. I'm still terrified that we won't come out the other end of this as a democracy. Hopefully, our institutions are still strong enough to hold. 7	Forgive me as I vent but I feel bitter that in a world where we had to grow up in a rapidly changing environment with economic recession, crises, inequility, mismanagement and social media warping the human psyche, men were basically just blamed for the problems they had as a result of that. My grandma remembers the time before electricity rolled out down here. They used oil lamps. When the night came, you slept because there was no light and lamps were kind of shitty at it. She remembers riding horse and buggy, and making clothes out of used up flower bags. They grew their own food, and slaughtered their own meat. She's still kicking today.
