No, most men are not attracted to 13 year olds. An understandably disturbing thought, but very uncommon.

Sounds like other peoples' baggage. You're more free than you know.

Do you really exist though? Are you trying to frame your detractors arguments as absurd by using the exact age 13 or do you genuinely believe that? If so I'd say you're using the opinion of certain sources as a form of emotional self harm.

Thanks, tbh I've been doing this off and on for 14 years so I can't claim all this progress is a few months, exactly. That was the time frame, but the habits and physiological groundwork were laid long ago. This time, yep I'm going all the way.

A small Q angle makes running more efficient. It's part of the reason competitive male runners are faster, so women with wide hips are selected out at the olympic level. It makes child birth more complicated though.

This is why I run. More miles = more food with no regrets, only good vibes. And because your body needs the calories to recover it adds a whole new dimension of enjoyment to the cheat meal. Like satisfying a deep hunger. I can't keep peanut butter in my home though. Nothing can fight the calorie wallop of a fat PB&J.

Hey look what i did. Pic on the right is me summer 2021 at 260 pounds, pic on the left is me today at 190. Covid lockdowns, 2 years of gym closures and frequent take out meant I got fat as shit. I'm surprised I wasn't more concerned. Running 45mpw now and eating mostly 0 junk. Lots of legumes and veggies.

Every damn endorsement of PE has an affiliate link posted somewhere. If PE works then where are all the success stories?

Speculating, I'd rather be an ugly straight guy. Ugly straight guy has other avenues to pursue to pull out of his league. Ugly gay guy is confined to his equivalent and has all the social disadvantages that come with gayness.

I hated the kitten stage because I got a crazy biter. I only learned your supposed to hiss after a few weeks so it's had boundary issues it's whole life.

Molding to me is using subtle psychological manipulation to make someone want to be what you want them to be. Is there a single woman who doesn't do this as an MO? Genuinely, I don't believe they exist.

There's only one way to do a proper squat and a proper squat will give you even development. Are you: Staying flat on your feet (not coming onto your toes)? Keeping your knees out so that they track in the direction your feet are pointing (knees aren't caving in)? If your hitting those 2 it's not your form. Could be some hip asymmetry, something a physiotherapist could diagnose and treat. I think your instinct to build up your hamstrings and glutes is good, it can only help. Hip thrusts are grea…

I was going to say antlers but then I realized I'd just have a constant weight on my vertebrae that would eventually slip a disk. So I'm going to go with whiskers.

I thought I had a fast metabolism but when I started calorie counting I think I only averaged 1700 per day or less. I bumped it up to 2000, then 2200, etc, until I was gaining.

When was the last time you were lean? Because lean and muscular IME is way, way sexier than a fat guy in a t-shirt with some upper back and pec especially when the shirt comes off. Guts don't have a lot of charm. Being ripped takes some self discipline. Not being able to resist double cheeseburgers does not a masculine man make. Only reason to be fat is that your diet is sloppy.

I don't believe that they say that static stretching has no value in prehab. Anyway it helps with my own subjective experience of joint health.

I don't do static or even dynamic stretching while warming up. Dedicating 20 minutes to static stretching on the couch absolutely makes a difference in tissue quality. I also read an Eric Cressey blog post about that study. Sit down, child.

Aged fitness enthusiasts of PPD, how do you prevent injuries as you slip closer and closer towards the end? I'm stretching regularly even though my mobility is good, because it still helps a lot. Foam rolling, obviously. I'd like to throw in some good exercises beyond the basic gym stuff (squat, bench press, rows etc) but not sure what would be best. Knees give me trouble when I up the mileage and shoulders complain if I sleep on them wrong.

A shiny silver dollar to the one who links me to the blog post where a feminist writes about the appeal of nice guys and a commenter posts about his lack of success being a nice guy. Highlights are: Train travel through Europe where he meets a girl who wants friendship but not sex. Realization that being nice leads to friends but not sex Point being made that his friends who are not nice have had long stable marriages but vice versa for nice guy friends. Disagrees with the author.

It wasn't that deep, it was just a description of when a guy is very attracted or he's masturbating with your body. This discussion is trying to get women to understand what it feels like for a dude to be settled for in the sexual department.

The US is going in a strange direction for a Free and Democratic Society. This abortion ban, corporations buying up real estate, the insanity of the private healthcare system, the political circus, gun violence. It's wild.

If most of the women in your area are obese you're probably not in a major city. I almost never see fat women where I am but when I go to smaller towns a province over, oh boy. E.v.e.r.y.o.n.e. is fat.

Depends on the exercise selection, the number of sets and reps, and other factors. I could see it working fine but if you're a beginner lifter there's better options than a split like that. I like Greyskull LP. Basically hit all the important compounds as often as you can recover from and add a little weight each workout.

I feel like the approach of the Arab world is the one you would take if your girlfriend cheated on you for the last damn time. You would spitball with your friends "alright, how do we make this work. Ok, first, no man can look at her! We will cover her in robes. Second, no driving! And she must ask permission to leave the home... yes..".

I was in the same situation in June. Stayed with my parents for 5 days and they still don't miss the evening news with Mitsumi Takahashi. It's low key trauma porn. Every single story was "A man has died...", "A woman was struck...", then a 20 minutes short doc about a kidnapped or drug addicted teen who overdosed with frequent and gratuitous scenes of parents crying. And they both sit there like "oh my God" or "what is wrong with people". Just like every night for the past decade. Is that really…

I'd rather take something topical than systemic. Why, what did you hear?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 07:08 AM

Yeahhh I'm going to have to go ahead and, disagree with you there? I almost pulled the plug on a finesteride prescription until I realized it's a DHT blocker. On a systemic level. So it's a roll of the dice on whether you'll be fine or whether your dick stops working and you grow tits. I haven't tried RU55841 yet (I plan to) but from what I can find it's the better choice and should be the first thing to try just because it's topical.

Fish oil?? RU55841 + minoxidil.

High test should have you feeling more relaxed and confident. Low test (for a guy) is what leads to the on edge and confrontational feeling, generally.
