Then that's what you should've said because if you read the first three comments of this thread again, you didn't even come close to making that point.

American average is 5'10", so technically 5'7" is "short" but everything else you said is still spot on.

Average for American males is 5'10", every country has their own average.

Ah, I see, people really need to learn how to use their language properly so these mistakes don't happen.

Yeah, saying your personal experience dictates everyone else's, "they're black, they wouldn't ever use a hard r" is not only dumb, it's kinda racist.

Because American blacks still use a hard r sometimes whether you think so or not. The accent you hear is American.

That's my point, "woman charged with..." is not inherently ppd but you'll see them at the top daily. Some things like these retaliation videos, or the false rape allegations, have implied ppd. A girl being charged with robbery or something doesn't, but you'll still see them here because it's turned into something else with a bunch of misogyny and barely any true ppd.

Just hit the top of all time and scroll from there, lately this sub has been about girls getting in legal trouble. (Not very ppd in my opinion unless they explicitly used gender or it's a false rape claim) But there are more posts like this around for sure.

You should probably watch the whole video, she doesn't stop but for maybe 5 seconds.

You just moved to America? From where? Because what you're hearing is a black/urban American accent, hands down.

You're delusional if you think her accent is anything but American. Go listen to African accents if you need to, this girl doesn't have one.

But don't you see how that's an issue for this sub? Sure, she was irresponsible and at fault, but it has NOTHING to do with her sex. It's posts like these that attract people who are just wanting to see women getting punished because they're women, not because they tried to lord over people with it. Nobody is giving this woman a pass on her idiocy but her sex is entirely irrelevant.

It's how this sub is now, seriously, look at the past few months of posts here. A run of the mill crime and punishment gets top marks here just because there happens to be a girl in it. It's a large contributing factor as to why this sub is currently seen as a haven for misogyny. Whether it actually is or isn't at this point is up to debate, but there's been a notable shift in the past 8-12 months or so. At least the videos of women getting physical retaliation actually belong here most of the t…

I mean, he did strike her in the head with the baton while she was down. He was just waiting for the opportunity to efficiently subdue her. Smarter not harder.

This is what this sub is now, woman in trouble is declared ppd because these people falsely assume they never get in trouble. Willfully ignoring the fact that this sub is littered with posts of women in legal trouble with absolutely zero relevance to gender. You're lucky your comment is even upvoted, half the time I hit negative five in as many minutes for pointing this out.

It's not about a narrative, it's about what can evidenced by scientific research. You keep using the word "cure" when it's never been my point, nor was it the topic of debate to begin with, this is you moving the goal post. It is exasperation, not desperation, from debating using verifiable evidence against someone using a gut feeling, derailing statements, and insults about intellect. I never said they can't help it, in fact, I've been stating the opposite the entire time. Therapy techniques in…

I'm not fucking defending them, I'm a victim of pedophilia myself you asshole, multiple times. And I want you to provide proof that therapy has never helped a pedophile from offending.

You do realize that someone being a pedophile doesn't mean they've ever assailed anyone, right? Also, I've responded to your lgbt comment, both pedophilia and transgender are mental disorders, homosexuality is not.

Again, I never said it cures, I said it can help, which it absolutely can. Again, pedophilia is an official mental illness as defined by the DSM5, the authority on psychological disorders. As is gender dysphoria (transgender) if it causes distress or difficulty living one's life. Again, "I don't think you have the mental capacity," isn't an argument, it's an insult that doesn't belong in a debate. Again, "I don't have to defend my opinion," is not debating, it's admitting you have nothing to bac…

Where is your head? You said I'm trying to justify pedophilia (I'm not) and that only pedophiles would do that, therefore I must be one, and I should avoid schools. You've also changed the point now, I said therapy can help, never said it cures at all. You're really great at putting words in people's mouths. I never said anything you've claimed I have. "Therapy can help" doesn't mean it cures, nor does it mean I condone their thoughts or actions. Quit pulling stuff out of nowhere. Insults, jumpi…

Lol, there it is, I believe in mental health sciences, so I must be a pedophile? Wtf? Where did I defend these people or acts? I didn't, I said they need help rewiring their thoughts with therapy. By your logic, every pedophile in existence has assaulted a child and no mental illness can ever be treated with directional therapy. Contrary to decades of actual science... Where did you get the idea other than your angry thoughts? You're the one who asserted something so the burden of proof lies wit…

So using a term that is 100% accurate, both scientifically and linguistically, is suddenly chauvinistic somehow? Is a woman not a female? Do you use male/female in a derogatory fashion? This is the kind of shit this post is about, people like you with a stick up their ass trying to morph everything into a slight against womanhood. Calm down and realize that different viewpoints aren't all attacks, you'll live longer.

Very true. Especially most of the conviction posts here. Women getting in trouble isn't inherently ppd when there's no evidence they tried to use their sex for leniency. Alongside the pathetically misogynistic comments here that get upvoted by simply bashing whatever females are in the post.

People who think the punishment should fit the crime. Is it detestable? Yes. Do I expect or would I give sympathy for the perpetrator? Definitely not. Should these people have their lives taken away or terminated for an immoral sex act? No, and to think so is fucking outrageous. Following your logic, petty theft of a candy bar would net you 25 years minimum. The fuck is wrong with you people?

It lessens sentences because with the way some people feel about these issues, it is a legitimate mitigating factor. Being tricked into sex by someone who either repulses you, or has now "damned you to hell", is understandably likely to get backlash. Not ok, but understandable.

Haha, I likely won't care, but thanks. Eventually trans and even transvestite will be too, but what can ya do?

Can I get links for someone getting off with zero repercussion using this defense? It shouldn't be hard if there's a bunch of them. I looked but couldn't find anything (recent or otherwise). However, if it has, I doubt that it "definitely would again" considering it's banned in many places and in the process of being banned in many others. But like I said, it's not an excuse, it's an explanation as to why some humans act as they do. Also, I never implied that hot trannies flood the streets, I st…

To be fair, that defense doesn't get anyone off the hook for murder, only provides a relevant (imo) explanation as to why violence occurred. Panic implies they weren't thinking clearly, in normal life one may say trans/gays are equal (I agree) but in discovering a trap, panic takes over. Doesn't excuse it but does explain it. Edit: If you disagree, discuss it, nothing I've said is unreasonable.

This doesn't belong here, it's the opposite of ppd, this girl shouldn't even be getting charges. The end of this sub is near. No wonder people think we're a bunch of woman haters, just because a girl gets in trouble doesn't mean it should be here.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/07/17 04:05 PM

It's the exact opposite of ppd and doesn't belong here.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/07/17 04:03 PM

It's bullshit that this is the exact opposite of ppd. Men encounter traps much more frequently, some even fall for it, and I've never once heard of charges filed on the tranny.

So what's the charge? If the sex was consensual, then what the fuck?
