1	Gold Digging Denied Yeah I said "Obviously if he was hiding these gifts, he was giving to his mom, from his wife its a different legal story." Pretty clearly that is me saying it would be fraud if you we're hiding these purchases from your partner. But idk how you would hide massive gifts to your mother without your spouse knowing lol. Cant just retroactively say that she didnt consent to any if his gifts over the whole course of their marriage. 4	Gold Digging Denied I'm pretty sure you'd have to divorce them at the time of the gifting. The income is community property and thus belong to both partners equally. But one spouse decides to gift a large sum of money away, I don't believe that it stays community property at that point. 16	So when it happens to a man it’s fine, but when it happens to a woman... Just stepping back and thinking logically it doesn't make any sense. If the pay gap were true, the most successful companies would be staffed by nearly entirely women. Saving 30% on payroll would lead these companies to be the most profitable very quickly.
