Huh, that was my curiosity. Must be why the judge threw out their case. And Grindal, I’ve been to countless MNT and WNT games and your statement that the WNT can’t fill up a high school field is laughable. Like the MNT, they are great athletes.

There is a glaring omission of a very important fact. The author states that the women’s team was offered the same structure. However, was the rate of pay under that structure the same? If two groups are both offered an hourly rate then they are both offered the same structure. But if the hourly rates differ then there is a valid case of uneven compensation. Wondering why the writer didn’t provide that information.
