You should consult with an attorney and make a plan to protect your assets before filing for divorce.

You already know the answer. I would have left at the 'find another attorney' remark.

Yes, your subconscious, medication, and physical fitness all plays a role in sexual performance. Anti-depressants definitely can cause issues with arousal, but honestly it sounds more like your mental/emotional state isn't in a place for sexual activity.

Let's say she has $20,000 in jewelry and you are splitting everything 50/50. That's doesn't mean she has to sell/pawn it. It means that you get to keep an extra $10,000 of your business.

Why tell her when you can let her know via the filing. You have the element of surprise, use it to gather evidence, get consultations with every good lawyer in town (prevents spouse from being able to hire them), etc.

It sounds like you're having communication issues, which could absolutely be resolved if both people put effort into it, but you're having these issues so soon in your marriage that it's probably easier to move on (divorce) before you dig deeper. Also, you need to make an effort to do enjoyable things (either with or without her), even if you don't want to at the moment.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
