finally someone who gets it. I used to go to school with a guy that was maybe 5'10 and 240. He wasn't lean by any means but dude was built like a tank. The amount of attention he got from women was insane and eye opening. I think I can put on size, I just got to eat, lift intensely and be careful not to get fat (I got bad genes for muscle building).
