Because I have a chemical imbalance in my head which numerous doctors and psychiatrists have agreed upon? I’ve taken some pretty bad hits to the head growing up so I wouldn’t count that out either (metal baseball bat, punches, kicks, fell off trees, etc) Even with working out and being in shape/healthy it was plaguing me to the point where I’d feel like I was having mild strokes or heart attacks and would completely shut down. I know your comment is well intentioned but it’s not exactly the case…

I used to do it heavily and still do but my biggest issue is medication I take in heavy doses which caused the weight gain in the first place. Fucking anxiety meds

How much does the coach run you cost wise? I’m kind of in a similar position, big boy but put on mad weight the last two years (6’3 athletic body type but dad bod creeping up at around 250ish lbs)

Man I wish I had read this earlier in my life, I went on to get a business degree (originally went for finance but got fucked during the pandemic) maintained a near perfect gpa and graduated with all that good stuff and a internship under my belt to only be able to find basic shitty ass jobs that pay as much if not less than what I already make. There’s still quality posts on this sub but I think during times like Covid where people are more cut off from the world and at points clinging onto strings from their past more so then ever, it’s important to realize you gotta let stuff go to make room for new stuff/people. It may not resonate with you but it surely hits a note with the masses. Take a chill pill dude :/

Prior to the pandemic it was a lot easier in school (still in college) but now its just up for grabs. Not going to lie its been drier than the mojave as of recent but I'm working extra hours and getting stuff done so I don't mind. Working on improving the eye contact aspect any tips? Or general rules of thumb? I struggle with making the intial eye contact and then figuring what’s natural in terms of maintaining it and when to look away/break it. Grooming was something I’ve been working on the last two years and it’s going pretty great. The lifting and confidence factor is what I’m going for right now. The lifting part I need more dedication and consistency as by nature I’m big framed at like 6’2’’ athletic framed but the confidence aspect is something I’m trying to overcome and make my bitch at the moment.
