All varies from person to person. Listen to their body and what works than follow that and expand on it, also I’ve never had a complaint going down on a girl

Dude when I was 19 I hadn’t even ever had a bj, and now I like to think I’m doing pretty well. The main change was how I viewed myself. If you want people to like you, you need to like yourself. So my advice is work on yourself to be the person you want to be. The big change for me was that I started perusing what I wanted to do and stopped perusing what I thought was expected of me
