Thank you for insulting everyone who had high goals for their physique and telling them they cant and they should just give up on their hard work. And these are realistic. A six pack? Give a year or 2 of hard working out and yes. Meditation? Someting you can start as a habit quite easilly. Reading? Same thing. No fap? If you put in the dedication, it is achieveable over time. Im more neutral here but generally when people are in shape, I and a lot of people tend to respect that person or admire them because A. Having a six pick is just a goal and achievement that is ingrained in alot of peoples minds which they want to get. B. It shows that a lot of work was put in. Generally people who lots of work in tend to be better people.

uh no they arent. I used to be in a slump but working out has helped me improve how i feel about myself which i can say helps dealing with deppresing thoughts about yourseld because well you are more confident in yourself, your achievements and your body.

"The man enjoys his work" Yes alot of men do enjoy their work however alot dont. And alot of work is definitely harder then household chores and raising the kids.
