I did apply what you said though and that has made conversation a lot easier! | 1 | Where should I begin?I'm not OP but for #3 I can relate to having trouble changing certain mental habits. Over thinking has to be the biggest one for me right now. This isn't a direct response to that particular problem but I suggest you look into "Tiny Habits" as a way to make changes in general.
