This transition is hard. The SO takes a bit to adjust. My husband and I had a rough patch when I started standing up for myself.

Don’t help women. Don’t help anyone but yourself.

Aren’t men all about accountability and helping themselves? Why do you need women’s help to access programs meant to benefit you?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 07:45 PM

Then don’t. That was the point of the post

Do you think you will end up divorced? Then don’t marry

A lot of taking bitching and whining from other women seriously. They think motherhood sucks. And it does but the benefits outweigh the suck most of the time.

Documents won’t keep someone married to you
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 04:25 PM

I know that, but I’m talking more to the people who are so scared of marriage they put 1000 conditions on it
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 04:19 PM

I like being married but don’t pretend that everyone is cut out for marriage. Some people truly do thrive being single for life.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 04:01 PM

I would take it personally in that I would not continue the relationship. I specifically have personal relationships so that I can breathe and relax and not worry about being transactional. I am transactional in every relationship but with my husband and my friends. I understand the logic, I just don’t want a nickel and dime marriage. Being unmarried isn’t an option. My family is very religious and I care about making them happy.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/24 12:21 PM

It just makes things so transactional 🥲. I’m transactional in everything but my personal life.

Ok. Sorry I just don’t know how to help men take up the help. I’m not super up on the male mindset. This is probably best to the men to handle. Ok? Stop trying to get one over on me.

I don’t think so. I think male feminists are kind of silly. They need better boundaries.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 04:30 PM
2

I don’t know. That’s for men to solve. They don’t listen to women anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 04:18 PM

No. I’m sorry. I’m past that stage of relationships. I not patient enough to help and manage a man like that. He needs someone who is much more sensitive and tolerant than I realistically am.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/24 01:54 PM

If they’d actually use it sure. But men tend to not take advantage of stuff like that.

Frequently. To the point where I’ve been trusting my gut a lot more, it’s rarely wrong.

Why not? Ladies like you are rare. Lying works here.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/24 02:47 AM

He should lie. People think you’re weird if you don’t have experience by 25. There is such a thing as being too hard working. You must socialize.

It’s when people grow up a bit and want stability.

An engagement ring/wedding date. Most women crave the legitimacy of marriage. Men will get a lot of wife behavior out of a woman using this incentive.

Grow up and do it. I don’t care how much it affects you. Moving out is normal in the west.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/24 11:36 AM

This is a decent solution if you’re 35 and no man is in sight. Only in that case though.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/08/24 12:23 AM

Agreed! We only have so much time. Sometimes you gotta find other ways to make it happen.

The concept of Chad is 2D. Stop talking about Chad and talk about people.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/24 07:19 PM

Enough about Chad, let’s please talk about real 3D people.

He’s right. Don’t believe the thirsty losers on here who say otherwise. Decent men do exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/08/24 07:15 PM

She just can’t set boundaries apparently. That’s not good. That’s not a common occurrence if you watch yourself and are conscientious.

Yes I can see that. Good luck.

You need to be a bit more resilient friend. This isn’t personally trying to hurt you.

My husband will go to girly shows and sports competitions for things he doesn’t even like. I always offer to go by myself and he says he wants to see me enjoy myself and spend some time with me. I return the favor by going to his sports and his concerts. I love seeing him happy.

They confuse clear and frank with cruel. You can be both honest and kind.

I don’t but I’ve always erred on the positive side of things where I don’t assume it’ll be terrible.

I don’t. I know that. I just don’t feel like catastrophizing.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/24 04:23 AM

Maybe I’m naive or maybe I just don’t entertain a negative mindset. A bad attitude will ruin everything.

Because I’m not a weak person. I have faith in my ability to bounce back. I might break down but it’ll never be anything I can’t overcome.

None. I haven’t lived with anyone else but my family and my husband.

Hubby and I have been together 8 years this year. 7 years living together.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/24 02:30 AM
6

How do they try to do that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/08/24 12:12 AM

I don’t worry about the risk of things failing. If they fail, I will pick up the pieces and move on. I’m not so fragile that I can’t handle a breakup. I’m a grown woman who can process things and move forward. What’s the point of dating if you never feel anything? That’s silly. Life hurts sometimes and you need to learn to handle that.

Who is manipulating and threatening and controlling younger women in age gap relationships?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/24 11:38 PM

That’s probably a good thing. This stuff is crazy making.

Mine just didn’t look good and it was a ton of work. Short hair is a much better fit for me. I kept the straggly inches before because I had heard long hair was more attractive. Maybe it is, but I don’t suit it. My hair is way too fine and thin. Your wife is a blessed lady if she can grow all that and it looks good.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 08:14 PM

I did listen. I started wearing bright colorful makeup and cut off my hair. I’m much happier now. Fuck the long hair, it was a pain to care for and if I’m gonna be devalued anyway, I want my cute bixie cut that my husband hasn’t said a goddamn word about other than saying it’s cute. It’s really freeing honestly.

Yeah that’s what I think tbh

/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 05:04 PM

I feel sorry for you. I hope you find peace soon.

Oh ok. Yea this makes sense. Leopards don’t change their spots and all that.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:33 PM
2

Alright fair enough. So I’ll amend that to, they won’t do relationships with annoying women anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:29 PM

Thank you for understanding the point about relying on looks. Ok. I’ll concede that they don’t stop being horny but do they still tolerate these unlikeable women?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:24 PM
2

I think you do. Most men have at some point in their lives moved on from the horny teenager stage.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:21 PM

I’m wondering if this is a PPD thing. IRL I haven’t seen this at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:20 PM

I never said on the whole. I think we all know a girl who coasts off her looks and is annoying AF. Those looks will eventually go.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:19 PM

I wasn’t. I meant what I said. A good woman isn’t gonna jump on dating apps on a whim. Please relax and enjoy your life.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:07 PM
7

It’s not sexist to not wanna deal with annoying people.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:06 PM

I was trying to comfort you dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 04:04 PM

A woman who loves you isn’t gonna fire up dating apps after a minor inconvenience. If she does that, great the trash took itself out. Stop worrying so much, you only have so much life to live.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/24 03:59 PM

The stigma lessens with age. It then transfers to people who don’t have kids. Because why don’t you have kids?

The straight women appreciate my blue glitter cut crease in a way that my husband never will.

I love love love bright colored makeup! But I have to wear it when I go out without my husband or I never hear the end of it. Women love it though. I never get so many compliments as when I’ve got full glam on.

Then what advice do you want? This is what normies are gonna recommend. Go talk to other weird people then.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/24 12:48 PM

Some people do and this is why the RP stuff can be really dangerous. This sort of rhetoric isn’t harmless.

Oh my god I’m dying at the foursome comment because yeah sleep is better than any foursome 😂

Life has a way of humbling our sky high expectations and bringing people into your life you never expected. That’s what makes it fun! When people say settling, they mean the 35 year old who wants a baby tomorrow who relaxed her standards way far down who will divorce that sperm donor 5 years later when she doesn’t need him anymore.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/24 08:05 PM

We like sex but it’s risky and god forbid you make a baby with someone who doesn’t wanna love and marry you??? That’s worst case scenario.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/07/24 10:20 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
