2	Genius idea: in the case of a person having to pay child support, the person should pay money to the local government, who will in turn buy things necessary for the guardian. It prevents the abuse of funds given to them in the first place! Have a bank card set up to only work for things a child would need such as clothing, shoes, groceries, school supplies, other things and make it run like W.I.C. checks you can only get what is needed for the childs age/size requirments.
