Also, here you are explaining how and why it would work as a law. So don't call me dense for rebutting as to why it's a stupid law. Pay attention to what you say, maybe. If this was law, they would simply not taking any chances with anyone they were unsure about. Currently they know a FEW small percentage of men rape, and most dont. And sometimes, they guess wrong and get raped. The solution is to pretend 'ANYONE can rape me since I dont have a crystal ball' and thus treat any man with attention…

Okay but this whole suggestion of legalizing rape on private property means that a woman wouldn't ever be able to even be at a males house, ever. That's just completely unreasonable. House party? Nope! Might get raped. Dinner with friends at a mans house? Nope! Rape! It's stupid. If that were legalized in that way a woman would be so socially restricted, it would be crippling. That's two entirely different scenarios. You're expecting a woman to never ever be alone with any man at any point in her life unless she intends to have sex with him. That's literally insane. The car thing would be more comparable to a woman getting blackout drunk and naked at a frat party, then passing out. Not being stone cold sober, but alone at a male friends house. It's ridiculous. That would be like never even owning a car so that it wouldn't get stolen. Stupid.
