Watching video after video, relentlessly searching for something that will make your life less miserable will make you even more miserable, especially because all those self-help videos repeat the same shit over and over without adding anything new.

the testosterone we produce converts to estrogen too. u/II_Mandate_II you should look into low dose dhea (like 5 mg, no more) or progesterone, because when one takes TRT you don't only shut down t production but also other "less important" hormones that might have some function in the organism.

never understood why people want guns to be legalized so much. "b-but they will be using knives etc." yeah, but i'd rather have more stabbings but less shootings "b-b-but you can't defend yourself from the government" yeah, 90% of the population wouldn't even raise a finger against the government and even if they did they wouldn't be fighting the military directly so it doesn't make sense.

if he loves him, he should throw the antidepressants away. what ssri will do is numb him enough to be a "normal" human and in the process kill his testosterone levels. ssri also cause suicidal and homicidal thoughts in some people (most of school shooters were on them).

Gatorade is just some sugar with some minerals, i don't think It counts as an Energy drink. Energy drinks to be considered that ( in my opinion) Need to have some kind of stimulant in it, like caffeine. nothing wrong with caffeine btw, Just get It from coffee ( world's #1 Energy drink )
