1	It’s about time You're right on the first part, not so much on the second part. For my state, we spend a dollar in fraud prevention to save less than ten cents. I imagine it holds true for other states too. Reasoning below: States are mandated to implement various anti-fraud processes to be compliant with regulations. Since there are only a couple companies that are actually viable, they charge premium. Every 5 years or so they "fight" for the contract and each state just have to continue wasting money fighting…	/r/PussyPassDenied	23/09/20 03:18 AM
