Bro, you're a red flag, keep waving it 😂

I would leave her alone. She's not into you, if she wanted your Instagram she would have taken it. She’s probably just being nice and trying to be a good person. Just be polite and let it go, move on.

I think it's more often than not a bunch of small things that build up over time. It's built up resentment and someone is deciding they can't keep doing this for the next 10 years. Money, sex, and boredom become more tipping points. I would also add existential crisis to this list which I don't think gets addressed remotely enough.

Stop letting it have power over you, obsessing over it will never help you. I wasted so much of my time and life worrying about this stuff and the traumatic things I've been through. I regret wasting my life on it. Get yourself out there, you don't have to date but so something, meet some buddies for some drinks, talk to people, do something you enjoy. go out and live a life. She's not worth it.

Brother, it sucks, it’s not right.. but you’re getting a divorce, just let it go. File, and focus on yourself. She is not worth the aggravation. You don't want her after this do you?

You’re not “wrong” for how you feel, but you need to let it go, she's not your wife anymore, and she had her own agency and you have yours. You can go and chat up some ladies too if you want to. In fact, get out there and go live your life!

You can't trust her, No! It's not worth it. Enjoy your polyamory or find someone else you want to be exclusive with. Some things and people are really pretty because they are really poisonous.

Yeah you're right, it definitely is the right thing to do.. But some people just can't handle it though when it's their turn to be the caregiver. Of course, I have no idea about her, it was just an experience I had, and reading your post reminded me of it. I'm good now and made a recovery and had months of therapy but.. Yeah.. It still hurt back then. I'm Kind of grateful in the sense that if she wasn't going to stick around at my worst, why would I want her at my best?

It could have been she just changed over the years, fell out of love, and wanted different things along with caregiver burnout not just about your illness but about the day to day chores involved that get enhanced when you become someone caregiver, empathy turns into resentment if you aren't careful.

Time to move on, it's hard now, but it will get better.

Okay, get married but do the homework this time, take the long way. Read books if you have to like “This is how your marriage ends” or “Hold me tight”, etc. I would even go as far as Premarital counseling. I would also tell her straight up that you want to be together for at least two years before getting married. You could probably propose if you wanted to but again wait, make sure the honeymoon period is over, and that new relationship feeling is gone. Accept this is going to be a lot of work …

Yeah, honestly it doesn't sound good if she's not pulling her weight in the relationship and then blames you for everything including her failing tests. I don't think you're overreacting at all. It wouldn't hurt to talk to a lawyer and weigh your options either.

Have you talked to her about it? Not in an accusatory way or arguing about whose right or wrong but a how can we fix this together kind of way? You have to let her know you need her help with this. You definitely have resentment towards her and probably rightfully so, but definitely try to use “I” statements. Can you afford a maid to clean once or twice a week? Or a few times a month? Or a nanny? Just some options.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
