The longest time between all men being allowed to vote (sometimes still with caveats) and women was 100 years. What shocks me more is how much voting RACISM there was, instead of sexism. For the most part it was all about the rich ruling the poor and staying in their advantageous position. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Universal_suffrage#:~:text=been%20fully%20restored.-,Note,-%3A%20The%20table%20can

visit r/deadbedrooms for a month, it's not so much about the sex but about being desired.

In my opinion both parties are responsible and should act accordingly. (virtually) No one gets pregnant by themselves

Don't forget that cultures can differ greatly. That said, I mostly agree that they wan't all the benefit without the negatives.

All he is looking for is a baby making oven. He is 45 years old, might have nothing to lose and just simply doesn't have to actually care. You, you still have an entire life before you and can change things now to ensure future happiness.

I've seen cases where not being reachable is then used by the woman in court to negotiate "more favorable" terms for herself concerning child support or custody. We don't know all the sides of the story, so to me it comes across as caring about his children enough to put up with his ex.

Instead of thinking that you might be too accommodating, you should probably praise the lord for the previous partners to be too greedy.

Try to find their "Icks" and use them liberally. Have you even mentioned that you collect all the Lafufu dolls and are pretty much broke at all times now?

People who say they'd rather cry in a Rolls Royce don't know the emotional torment and distress of being stuck in limbo, let alone not feeling loved by the person you love the most. Just make sure you don't feel taken advantage of. I feel like the good things outweigh the bad though, at least in the way you represent them.

Thank you. Don't be cajoled by others, just straight up thank you for taking interest and part.

A compliment here and their can already do so much. I don't know how it is for other men, since I can only speak for myself, but for every compliment I get I've heard 50 non-compliments. They're hard to come by.

1st step is open communication, he can't address what he doesn't know. No vague hints, men are oblivious to the type of hints women give. In my opinion it's likely the added stress from a second job that makes him want to escape to games. However, you could be that escapism if both sides put in some effort.

I can confirm this. I still go wild when my wife wears her perfume. She used to wear it daily back when we met, when the s*x was also daily. Now she barely wears the perfume anymore, just like there barely is any s*x, however, the reaction still remains! Sidenote; I once did a pavlovian experiment on myself where I spit into the toilet bowl each time I went to the toilet, unfortunately to this day I still get increased saliva build-up when I look into a toilet bowl :(( Edit: The scent of our mas…

Just tell him everything you just told us. Open communication is a strong foundation. Marriage needs strong foundations if you want it to last.

Is this because you care less and can be more real, since you have a "backup" option? This resulting in opening up more, having all the cards on the table and reaching better mutual understanding and thus working things out?

I (33M married) speak somewhat from experience that it's not always about the sex itself, but the need to feel desired.

Male, first (consensual) sexual encounter was at 14. She was 12, lying that she was also 14. I was honestly a bit disgusted, but by then we were a couple for a year already.

I like it when women impress me too. Being good looking is not enough and especially for women who bank on it. Then it becomes a turn-off. I think being and wanting to impress is just part of our nature.

Last time I checked (for heterosexual sex) you still need both genders to perform sex. So there should be just as many women having x amount of sex as men having x amount of sex

My wife was a virgin until she met me. She was a few years over 20. She just never had any relationship (and parents are quite strict).
