You do realise women weren’t allowed to do any of these things throughout most of history? That’s why they had to fight for everything we’re able to do these days. Men had to work through no fault but their own

I can only imagine this working on women who are desperate for attention or women who were going to sleep with the guy eventually anyway. In no way would this tactic work on women who only want to make out and don’t want to actually have sex.

Right, statistical studies show all men over 35 retain Greek god status until 85, so sorry for believing my eyes over your inarguable internet research.

Well seeing I have eyes that can see physical features, yes.

I’m not in any social circle, I’m judging strangers I see around me.

Maybe I am, but in my experience majority of men fall into the gutter trash percentage past 35, just like women. There’s very few men or women who look great as they age.

If you live in the city with professional types then I can see where you’re coming from, but in suburban/smaller towns men in their late 30’s and over are horrendous looking. I’m a straight female but I find even the women more appealing than the men.

I find that interesting too because I don’t understand it. Were they older women? I feel like that’s an attitude from a different generation and if any young women still believe that I think those are the kind of people who should be avoided, it’s extremely telling.

I don’t respect men (or women) who cry at the drop of a hat, but I don’t respect men who won’t cry at a funeral for someone they loved either because they think it’s weak. There’s an in between in regards to crying that everyone should meet.

I think another thing is you probably assume young looking 30 year olds are in their 20’s and so don’t even include them in the older range. I know how people react to me when they find out my age, they don’t believe me at first and think I’m joking that I’m 31, but I know a lot of women who are the same age that have the same disbelief story, and do look almost identical as when they were in high school.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/08/20 02:28 AM
5

It’s all about the individuals genetic make up. There’s women who already look mid 30’s when they’re only 20, they’re the ones who do look terrible at 30. Then there’s people who don’t show any signs of aging until they are in their mid 30’s. I think it’s 50/50. There’s not nearly enough old looking 30 years olds for ‘the wall’ stereotype to be true, but the ones who do age extremely early kind of bring all 30 years old average down

Nothing makes me valuable if I don’t make myself valuable. I believe what makes someone valuable is having the right headspace, is calm, rational, and kind to others, lives a healthy lifestyle and works hard. Just an all over zen person with substance and good intentions. I have none of these attributes, but it’s the kind of thing I’m working towards. If someone else doesn’t find these things valuable that doesn’t change my mind that I’ll be valuable once I achieve this.

Ok I admit I don’t understand what you’re trying to say then if you understand different groups of women want different things, what exactly is your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/20 11:33 PM

It seems you still don’t have the mental capacity to understand the women who sell nudes are different to the women who don’t sell them and don’t want to be objectified.

Yep people with jobs are so entitled wanting to make money off your problems

/r/PurplePillDebate08/08/20 09:41 PM

Yes what exactly is hard for you to understand about women supporting other women who want to participate in sex work, yet don’t want women who don’t participate in sex work to be able to avoid sexual objectification? The two have nothing in common, a good comparison is how we’re ok with dumping our problems onto our therapist because they’re getting paid for it but not being ok with going up to a random stranger and dumping our problems on them.

Most people are willing to make friends with anyone if they’re not a complete asshole, it doesn’t mean this individual you speak of has a one of a kind amazing personality that would win over a woman, he probably just has an average enough personality to be a normal social human being like 90% of other guys. Your scenario doesn’t take away from the fact that guys who have an insanely amazing personality can win over girls with it.

Well I went low carb, avoiding nearly all carbohydrates except those found in veggies and fruits. I was a carb addict and had no idea about the connection between them and water retention. Also it was just as much about changing the amount of times I ate and the portions. I was a chronic failed dieter so I’d either be drinking lots of coffee and diet liquids to avoid eating or I’d be inhaling everything in sight. Giving myself three normal portion meals and two very small snacks a day helped bey…

Yeah I do want to but motivation is tough when all you see is doom and you’re lonely most the time (not just romantically lonely but actually isolated lonely). Thanks for the encouragement though, how are you starting to re-motivate yourself?

I had a glow up when I met a guy online. I had suffered from binge eating for about 10 years at this point (from 14-24) and it seriously affected my face with the constant swelling. All I pretty much did was eat healthier and normal sized meals and I transformed in to a new person. I didn’t necessarily lose weight because I wasn’t overweight to begin with, but it made my constant water weight go away which made my eyes less swollen and puffy, my jawline sharper my teeth whiter and healthier etc.…

Nah I’m harsh on both genders looks. I was talking about the best looking women I know. All with men who I wouldn’t even consider average. I’ve seen the opposite too of course. I know quite a few extremely attractive men with women I can’t understand, but my point was more that there’s probably an equal amount of these couples in both genders.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/07/20 02:52 AM

Yes I know many cases where the woman is amazingly looking and the guy is just..... not. None of these guys had any sort of high up job either. In saying this though I don’t think these girls think they are dating down, they just happen to find these men attractive whereas I don’t. I don’t think anyone dates people they’re not attracted to

I think money can be a motivator for both sexes. I don’t actually know any woman who married for money but my sisters ex boyfriend ended up becoming a sugar baby. He married a woman 15 years older who is a millionaire. He was super obsessed with making it big when he was with my sister so it surprised none of us that he decided to marry into money rather than making his own.

I think it’s meant to mean all women have value, whether they’re beautiful or not, thin or not. It’s a good message because I find the reason why people become fat or lacking in hygiene or anything gross is because they have no self esteem. Normally the more positively you feel about yourself the better you present yourself and act towards everyone else. The people who are mega obese or weird looking who start using this mantra are just trying to get in a better frame of mind to potentially bett…

So true, if teens and 20 years olds were placed back 20- 50 years ago they’d be in for an extremely rude shock. I was a kid 20 years ago and even I suffered from how easy the times became in the 90’s/00’s compared to my parents generation. I’m so much more fragile, lack coping skills and can’t handle much due to not really having to struggle for anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 10:25 PM

It wasn’t easier 20 years ago, people were just mentally stronger. I’m a victim of the current generation who is completely fragile and it’s why I failed in life. I realise times were tougher in my parents time yet I’m still the one who can barely survive or accomplish anything. They had no idea how coddling us and giving us everything we wanted would affect our future survival skills

People have an addiction to spending these days which the older generation didn’t have. I see it all around me, people complaining about not having money who continuously spend on take away, online purchases and other trivial shit. Older generations were poorer but much more frugal. I’m 30 so not part of the new generation or older one and I can see the major difference in the entitlement of young people these days compared to 10 years ago and what I witness of my parents growing up.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 10:12 PM

I don’t agree it’s a man vs women thing. I think it’s more of an individuals personal taste. To me the most attractive women ever is a young Pamela Anderson, https://www.google.com.au/amp/s/www.pinterest.com/amp/pin/57983913936593956/ , which most men agreed with at the time too. Now I’m sure there are many individuals, men and women who wouldn’t agree but there’s no denying she’s more of a mans choice, but I’m still a woman who agrees.

Yikes I don’t find that lady attractive at all. I guess you find facial placement attractive and I’m more drawn to features.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 09:27 PM

I didn’t say she looked like her, but your description of bad facial features all apply to Miranda as well. Only difference is Miranda is thin and this girl is not
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 09:16 PM
4

I have a very good eye for seeing what features would look like underneath facial fat and I can tell she has what would be considered a pretty face underneath. Plus I find wider features more attractive than extremely thin, long ones. Half the features you describe, like wide large eyes and wide face and nose are what I look for in attractive people, like Miranda Kerr for example.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 09:14 PM

Wow I’m one of the most judgmental people when it comes to looks but I just saw that picture you posted of the girl who you say is 3/10 and there’s just no way. If she lost weight she’d look like most of the girls people consider really hot
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 08:24 PM

But it’s the same in reverse too. Every high N count woman I know has a serious boyfriend. Most normal men who don’t spend their whole day on the internet don’t think about their number either.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/20 07:47 PM

You’re very right about a lot of women being either super harsh or super lenient. For me personally it’s because that’s how I am to myself as well and I know a lot of girls who feel the same way. Some days I think I’m the most beautiful important girl in the world (very rare these days but more when I was younger) and others I seriously can not get more disturbed by my looks and hate the idea of anyone even knowing I exist.

Oh alright I see what you mean, I agree that if you do consent to have sex while drunk then it’s certainly not rape the next morning just because of regret. I thought you were implying that even just going back to their house and saying no means they deserved to be raped. Either way though we don’t know which scenario happened here.

What kind of men do you hang around with to actually think like this? When I turned 18 I went from someone who had never touched alcohol to someone partying all the time. Because alcohol was so new to me I made many idiotic decisions to go home with men I never intended on sleeping with. None of them attempted to rape me because I didn’t have sex with them, or try to push past any of my boundaries . To normal men it wouldn’t even cross their mind, they stop when the girl stops.

I just realised that didn’t really answer any of your questions but I guess to me beauty can be an indicator of who you are as a person or what stage you are in life. Which is why I understand why it’s so important to us as a species.

I have kind of an odd perspective on this so let me try and explain it. While I do think 50% of good looks is genetics, I also think the other 50% is up to the individual to find the right lifestyle in bringing out the best of their looks. Every naturally good looking person can turn to habits that make them less attractive, and I’ve seen alot of ugly/average people who turned out to become much more attractive. For example when me and my sister were kids, she was very obviously the beautiful on…

I think it’s something to be proud of whether you worked for it or not. It may have to do with a bit of luck that some are born attractive and others aren’t but it’s still something special to take pride in. Like if you won the lottery or were born into a rich family. Since when do you have to work for something to be proud of it? I didn’t do anything to receive the parents that I have but I’m sure as hell proud of them and feel like they are a great part of the package for my future husband to …

And yet a lot of men on this sub have a go at me for not believing half of the studies they spout as truth. Everyone picks and chooses the studies they like to believe which is why I never use studies to prove a point. Seeing you said not to bring up semantics (I’m very anti simple carbs and would never make another person a sandwich) I’ll substitute the food for a salad, in which case I’d be more than happy to do. Oh yeah I’m a female. I wouldn’t be in a relationship where they expect traditional gender roles anyway so I’d know he doesn’t think I’m some kind of slave there to please him.

I’m pretty sure the Will cheating on Jada rumours have been going around for years.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/20 06:51 AM

Neither. A system based on treating everyone as equal. I know everyone isn’t equal based on an individual basis, certain men are better at things than other men and women, some women are better at things than other women and men. But like the law of treating every as innocent until proven guilty, it would work as though every individual starts on an even playing field and then proves their worth.

Men who don’t want to date women with high counts are insecure, but there’s nothing wrong with that. As a woman I don’t want to date men with high counts either and I admit it’s an insecurity issue
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/20 06:41 AM
2

You pretty much ignored everything I said. The loser girls dated other loser guys and never the popular type. They weren’t picked on for being pretty (considering the popular girls were even prettier) but for having alternative personalities.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/20 02:14 AM
2

Yeah you’re right that they were popular as well, but we also had pretty loner girl types at my all girls school who were bullied and picked on for not being outgoing. They may have had guys interested in them but it wasn’t the sorted after ones that’s for sure. A good looking unpopular guy will still always have women interested from his same niche
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/20 01:57 AM

Yes of course, but it shows men can start out high value and drop for the same reasons women can
/r/PurplePillDebate14/07/20 01:49 AM

Only ugly men have to work for their value, actually so do ugly women. Every great looking young guy I used to know has dropped in value despite becoming successful businessmen because they became fat and worse looking

/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 10:32 PM

It works both ways, I believe men’s standards have gotten higher because of social media as well.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 11:04 AM

That goes by scientific facts and documented videos/pictures, not the word of people and opinions. For all I know all these sexless men are just turning down anyone who’s not a supermodel

I also see many young ugly men out and about, on Facebook, and friends of friends who have girlfriends. Even if it were true, I don’t believe is that it’s a result of anyone else fault but the individual men. Even in this thread you have people who won’t settle for anyone unattractive (whi…

/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 03:43 AM

I actually can’t believe your logic, you do realise majority of humans in this world are not very good looking. If you think only the tiny percentage who are attractive are getting sex, or even worse only attractive people count even when both ugly and attractive people get sex, there’s really no way to win an argument with you. You really have no right to complain about not getting any when you feel the way you do about unattractive people, especially if you are ugly yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 03:38 AM

Most of them got married in their mid to late 20’s to high school sweethearts or women prettier than them so no your theory doesn’t work. Besides even if what you said is the case for some men they’re still finding sex which proves most men are capable of it too.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 03:05 AM
14

I’ve seen some of the ugliest guys (brothers friends) who are married and still find women to cheat on their wives with. The private romantic lives of most people is insane and like non stop drama. Most men and women are simply different from the very few incels/femcels on this planet
/r/PurplePillDebate13/07/20 01:21 AM

Number 1. I just don’t believe it. I think there’s always been a subset of men who have never been able to get laid, the ones from this generation are just more vocal.

Evils a strong word, I’m not here to debate the laws either. I just think it’s very telling of a persons character when they’re interested in people around that age group but are far older themselves. They deserve all the creepy judgment they get
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/20 03:39 AM

There’s nothing wrong with finding girls under 18 beautiful, it’s wanting to or actually taking it any further than that that’s creepy and wrong. I can see a guy under 18 and see that they’re attractive, but I have no sexual interest in them or argue that I should be allowed to

I think women can handle loneliness better than men because the alternative of being with someone they don’t love is a thousand times worse situation than being alone. Whenever I’m sad I think about the fact that it could be worse having settled for someone. Men I think would prefer to settle than be lonely
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/20 06:42 PM

I’m a woman who has never had sex at 30, although I admit I do suffer from mental instability, it’s nothing like incels as far as never being someone who blames everyone else for my problems. All it’s done is make me take it out on myself more. And it’s not even sex I want, I could live the rest of my life without it, it’s the memories and social situations I’ve never experienced that saddens me.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/07/20 06:38 PM

Because historically women were made to feel much worse for being physically unattractive, so it’s a rebound from that. Even to this day unattractive women are made to feel shame about their appearance, that’s why the movement started to begin with. In fact I can’t even recall any cases within my personal life or in the media of men being bullied for their appearance.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/07/20 12:36 AM

I honestly think lifestyle changes in culture is affecting people’s sex drive too. We eat fast easily accessible junk food that creates high inflammatory response in the body, long term that creates a numbing of physical sensations and dulling of our impulses and feelings. Also the laziness that permeates every single factor in our lives compared to the past, not manually doing much at all anymore but relying on the technology that does it for us, is creating lazy unmotivated and anxious people.…

Men can also be attractive at varying body weights in my opinion. Both men and women look better at lower weights, but someone with a really good face will still look somewhat attractive when overweight. When I compare the best looking man to the best looking woman I can’t say either gender is better looking.

Ah ok that’s a positive attitude. I’m a woman who would do the same to a man if his number was high so I do understand why men do it to women. I do it for slightly different reasons though, if I had a high number as well I wouldn’t care if the guy did.

Am I the only person alive who just can’t get into tallness on anyone? Its one of the reasons I just never get jealous of supermodels because something about being tall makes their bodies less attractive to me. I always found myself envying extremely short girls like Ariana Grande and Kim kardashian. I’m 5’5 myself and think I’m slightly too tall, it was a real issue for me when I was younger. For me the perfect height for a woman is between 5’ - 5’4 and a man 5’7 - 5’11

Sexual attraction is a component but minor compared to the feeling of just wanting to be around that person, it’s like a magnetic pull to them that makes you feel full of adrenaline and want to be in their presence. Looking at their face and wanting to hear every word that comes out of their mouth. You know a true interest in them as an individual. We don’t have a deep enough understanding of the extremely intricate ways in which the world operates. That Will Smith documentary on the planet made me realise how many eco systems out there are the very reason we stay alive and what they do for nearly everything we take for granted. We didn’t know that kind of information hundreds of years ago and there is so much mor…

I already answered my theory in another discussion but I’ll say it again here. Although I’m not religious I do believe in a higher purpose, but not in the same way religions do. I believe the planets and the galaxies are some sort of large structure that are working to support something even bigger that is beyond our comprehension, so is similar to the structures in our own bodies. Everything that looks whole on this planet is made up of all different smaller structures and within them even smal…

I’m a virgin and I strongly want my first to be another virgin too. If I met the perfect guy and he wasn’t a virgin I still might be with him but it would be extremely daunting. Sex is massive deal to me so I don’t think I could handle them having been with someone else, jealousy wise and also intimidation wise. Knowing they know what they’re doing and I don’t makes me feel more alone.

I think so because I don’t get romantic feelings for women. But I wouldn’t be against it if by some chance I were to fall in love with a woman

I’ve never claimed women as a sex are superior, although I do believe I’m superior to certain kinds of men. I don’t believe everyone is equal but I don’t think it’s a gender based assessment. There are many men superior to me and just as many who arent.

/r/PurplePillDebate16/06/20 03:04 AM

Personally yes it would, if he was willing to work on losing it with me it wouldn’t be a problem, but I’m not into chubby guys. I’m really into health and fitness so it’s more than just looks, I live a certain lifestyle and have beliefs about food that would be hard to maintain with someone who doesn’t care. When I was overweight I didn’t expect anyone to be attracted to me so I’m not being hypocritical.

I agree in a sense, but I don’t have typical chad taste so it’s not so applicable to me. Michael Jackson is my dream guy so I think that says a lot about the kinds of guys I’ve gone for in real life. They’ve all been the shy, quiet, not into typical guy stuff kind. But yes they are the cream of the crop when it comes to that type so other girls with my taste are probably going for them too.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/20 10:50 PM
13

Yeah but if you’re approaching more than 5 women a night you weren’t that interested to begin with so it’s not as painful to be rejected. The guys I asked out I ‘knew’ them in a sense (had prior interactions with them) and really really liked them. I was pretty heartbroken by all of them.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/20 11:18 AM

I have a severe lack of interest in doing stupid stuff just for the sake of it and have an extreme dislike for men who do that too. I like to preserve beauty in all its forms, destroying things in any way is the opposite of my nature. This is why I’ll never be interested in Chads, all that typical ‘boys’ nonsense is repulsive.

Are you serious with this? If so we had different experiences because we had different desires. I only approached guys I wanted to be in a relationship with, so there’s no way I could approach hundreds of guys. I’ve been celibate my whole life so you’ve got two on me. I agree too that I’d prefer to be alone than with someone I’m not attracted to or who is not attracted to me. And I really hope you’re not transitioning for that reason, rejecting people is not fun at all hence why I have a problem…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/06/20 10:46 AM

Of course not but I kind of see the psychology of where they’re coming from. Actually those experiences wouldn’t hold me back from asking someone else out again, but I want to be ready and fix where I think I went wrong those previous times.

I suffer from pretty extreme social anxiety so I can barely keep a cool head just going out in public.... but yeah I do agree remaining calm and following your advice would definitely help me out. Yeah I do understand that life would have been harder in those eras (boggles my mind that today’s youth love to say boomers or any generation older then them had it easier) but I’m focusing on the more trivial things in society like pop culture, fashion, events in the world etc, they all just fascinate me. I was 7 when the Spice girls came out and that was just an exciting time to live through, I can only imagine all the better singers and bands from before would have been wild.

Not me, as someone who was a kid in the 90’s that era was absolutely wonderful because of the culture and I would do ANYTHING to have been able to experience the 50’s - 80’s. I don’t care that it would probably put me at about 70 now. Life in general was just fun and real then. I know plenty of lesbians in the mining industry, my brother is in that industry and half the people their are butch lesbians. And the numbers of incels will always be small. It’s a certain kind of personality trait that becomes incel, most people go on medication for it or get help.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/20 08:45 PM

Your theory about society falling apart is not going to happen though, women are taking the place of the men who once were ‘over productive’. That’s why no one really cares about incels in this day and age, because we’re not missing anything with a few bad eggs not participating in society. We have plenty of women and people of colour who can easily fill the role. And good looking, smart men will never fall out of favour either.

I’m alone too because of lack of commitment, but I don’t have a problem with these people who preferred to take the chad route and I don’t think society needs to change. I don’t understand why men even have an issue with this and continue to try and make women feel bad for not being into unattractive men. Would you want to do anything with an elderly or obese woman? This still has nothing to do with the topic, the OP is saying women who dress to reveal thighs/butts/boobs or acting sexually suggestive shouldn’t complain about men airing their sexual thoughts about them. It depends on how long someone stays looking young for. I had a major glow up when I turned 26 and looked the best I ever have from age 26-29, but in saying that I still looked the same age as I did when I was 21-25. I don’t think it’s so much about your actual age but more so how old you look

Well I’m actually a female too but I tend to have more of a male mindset when it comes to attraction. Looks are equal to personality for me as far as importance goes. Not really, there just becomes new and different dangers. Homelessness being the top prospect. No one wants to resort to prostitution and live off the street. This is kind of veering off topic but I’m more attracted to the skinny shaggy men of the 70’s then today’s look so it’s more about preference, which I think is based on experience. Women seeking out strong masculine men are actually wanting those types for the same reason women seek out the complete opposite type of skinny, meek and mild. And that reason is safety. It’s just that some women view big masculine men as safety because they can protect them from others, and women like me who seek out…

Wealth, looks and status are also natural. Wealth and status provide security which is a natural instinct of ours to seek out. And looks have to do with health and good genes which again is what we naturally want for our species.

You missed the most important one, diet. Our diet is where we get the majority of toxins that cause aging from. Exercise just gets rid of those toxins quicker so it’s best to avoid them in the first place. Low carb high fat and drinking plenty of plain water is what turned my skin around. Sugar/carbs are extremely dehydrating, whereas fat is the opposite. It’s like if you put oil on your skin versus putting on a sugar syrup. There’s nothing wrong with a man judging a woman by the amount of men’s she’s slept with, it’s only annoying when they don’t hold such standards for themselves. I’m a female virgin and I most definitely judge guys by their count. I wouldn’t touch a male who’s slept around with a 10 foot pole.
