This is true if there is a muscular foundation but novices shouldn't chase low % instead of long term development

Who cares? The guys white knighting in boy's post are the same betas orbiting the girl, and the girls' comments shouldn't be taken seriously anyway

Thanks for sharing, I'll give it a watch. I won't be making a post though - this post isn't about pewdiepie, my goal was to start a discussion about gen z and trp

Yes, you can point to things like increased housing prices, globalism, and consumerism replacing traditional values as explanations for the current state of dating, but it's my opinion that the current climate enables, rather than creates, the female strategy - hypergamy, or whatever you want to call it, as the concept makes sense from an evolutionary perspective

Yeah, similar to what u/GayLubeOil pointed out about the gen Z attention span. If you're in your 30s, you're not in the target audience - it's my opinion that the video hijacks this which is why it works better than handing a gen Zer a sidebar book

This is a fair argument and I'd agree that it's unreasonable to expect any mass red pilling to come about from this. However, it's condescending to assume that it won't start an introspection for anyone. The internet may go through content faster, but it reaches more people in the process. Even if 1% see partial similarities between the simp character and themselves and manage to maintain their attention long enough to become red-pilled, that's still a considerable amount of people red-pilled th…

Total calories determines if you gain or lose weight. Healthy foods are good for other reasons, but if you eat in a surplus in a 100% 'healthy' diet you will gain weight due to the conservation of energy. If you continue to argue, you need to get your head checked because you are arguing against a fundamental law of physics.

This is false, especially for beginners. That would lead to inconsistent eating which makes it harder to consistently gain or lose weight. Also, the food being processed or unprocessed is irrelevant to weight gain or loss. There's no 'primordial body weight' unlocked through healthy eating - only surpluses for gaining weight and deficits for losing weight.

This is a good idea if you're not worried about changing weight or recovering properly. Otherwise, tracking macros and having 3 to 4 rest days a week is the way to go.

This is a really dumb post, OP, of course women are attracted to the male physique

Women do attempt suicide more though, the difference is the motive

I agree - from my experience, men have to put in far more effort to obtain an ideal body than women do. The ideal male body is muscular AND lean which - for naturals - takes years of bulking/cutting cycles and consistent progressive overload with the main compound movements. Women, on the other hand, only really have to be lean, which is less than half the work since they only need a caloric deficit which can be done through diet without even going to a gym. Their deficits can also be greater wh…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
