By far the best way to zap this thing quickly (in my experience), is: 1) Get it very clean in the shower; dry completely. 2) Soak a paper towl in red apple cider vinegar and hold it to the affected area for a while (this will sting a bit!) 3) Apply tea tree/oregano oil; let it dry. 4) Use powder to keep the area dry during day/night time.
