where do you live and why was it banned? Over here (Ghana) it launched like last month and is yet to catch on like it has in the States. and I hope it does because the taxi drivers are cheats. an uber charged me 20 cedis less than what a traditional taxi was charging for the same distance. I hope uber crushes them all

I've posted this before but what the hell I work as a geomatic engineer. Sometimes when I go to the field and shit hits the fan I have to get my hands dirty ie carrying bags of cement, laying bricks, carrying heavy instruments etc. Technically I'm not supposed to do any of that but I'm still young and I work out so I see it as a free work out. There's a woman on our team who sometimes goes out with us and when shit hits the fan she doesn't do anything to help because she can't carry a bag of cem…

I believe in equality and everything . but only if everyone is doing the same amount of work. I don't work in admin so i don't know how things work over there but outside where hard labour is done I expect people to be paid according to what they do. The pay gap is a thing because it IS a thing

I work as a geomatic engineer.
