Plastic surgery is drastic and body dysmorphia could drive you down a rabbit hole of enhancements that would make you actually unattractive to others. Look at the Bogdanoff twins or Synthol users and you get the idea of the dangers of going down that path. Lookmaxxing is not a healthy path to take but if you really need advice on what men consider attractive you will have to give details, are you overweight, obese, skinny etc? So people can give advice

Honesty and directness is not rudeness. Sometimes being direct is the best option and when it comes to discussions between men it needs to be direct.
