Plus — there is no money to be made in promoting condoms & the NGOs just want to make money. It is insane that male genital mutilation still happens. In my office there is both the double standard of men having to wear more layers AND men dominating control over the thermostat. This post is misleading. The actual facts are that women attempt different methods. Men pick "better" methods for suicide where as women go with poisoning and overdose, not very effective methods.
