I don't see the contradiction here. Yes, most women will prefer attractive, confident men. Do you mean women secretly prefer to date attractive men that are abusive? Wouldn't most women simply prefer attractive and respectful men?

Ah yeah, that's exactly what I mean. Like, even if a man looks attractive, they'll ruin their chances by trying to treat you like a game. If it's someone you're on the fence about, it'll make all the difference.

What does it mean though? Being approached is not the same as the man being interested in you as a person at all. Those two things often don't coincide. So if you're naive as a girl, you'll be taken advantage of.

It might not have to be about your physical look though. In what context were your pictures taken? Do you seem like an active person with various interest or do you have three mirror selfies trying to look hot? Even the best looking people would struggle getting dates with the latter type of pictures only only.
