Is there anyone here who speaks Japanese who heard exactly what she said? Many comments here are saying it was a pun. Is there something in the wording, in her language, that would back this up? Like "sub average height/person" might be more punny in the Japanese language/culture. I'm just trying to decipher if her bosses have no sense of humour or if she truly deserved to lose her job.
