A lot of the comments gleefully overlook this, which should be obvious. Equivalent exchange would be hitting the woman back only as hard as they hit you, not "knocking the bitch out" when it's unlikely she could achieve such with one hit. It's hypocritical to crow about being physically superior one moment and in the next bitch about the "double standard" of it being unacceptable to hit women back. It's the same standard!

MGTOW doesn't have a "centralized" stance on women. Ah, I see your point now. It's hard for a non-adherent to see the nuance between saying there is no centralized stance and saying that MGTOW do not hate women by default. It helps to know that there is only the one rule. I was misled by the acronym which I thought meant men living for themselves and completely abandoning the idea of partnership. But a guy can be in a monogamous relationship and still be GTOW as long as there's no ring?

Playing Devil's advocate, let's say we are not talking about biological inequity but social inequity, which isn't inherent. Nearsighted or blind or deaf people would be SOL in a world where biological capability is the only basis for worth. But we do try to legislate equality there by making spaces and materials accessible to them.

I remember reading about a young college guy who got drunk, lost, and died this past winter, man and it was a pretty sad story. Excessive alcohol & freezing temps are a bad combo in general, and it isn't only women who make unfortunate decisions in that particular situation.

Sorry, I'm sure I'm intruding but I stumbled upon this sub and find it interesting. I just had to say I find it funny that you denied that many MGTOW hate women b/c someone just made a dating site comparison post wanting to 'further know our enemy' (re: women) or something to that effect. Makes sense that there are varying stances in a large movement-ish thing, but I think that means she isn't wrong to ascribe that to the philosophy. Anyway I'll see myself back out now.

How? Sorry I just kind of found this sub but is staying monogamous cuck behavior according to its members? Seems like if he chooses to stop having relationships ("be a Man") rather than deal with being harassed for cheating that's GYOW philosophy. It'd be different if the brother said he had to kiss her ass, beg for forgiveness and promise to stay true or whatever, but it sounds like he presented a choice. The God business and month-long grounding is overkill though.
