Honestly im really struggling. I wish I had more support. But my wife told me I shouldn't feel this way. Its hard when it feels like everything is built against you and every time you reach out... you are told your feelings arent valid.

Seriously? Are you fucking kidding me? Since posting on reddit assumes a basic IQ level. At a minimum the ability to read and hopefully also the ability to spell. You dont have to be an asshole.

Forcing entry, while the other party tries to hold the door closed, is the absolute definition of assault and battery. He agreed he knocked her to the floor. It's not much of a stretch to assume that she suffered injury as a result. What I am meaning to say is that she was lying and trying to make it seem like he purposely injured her. There is a difference there. I don't mean to say he was in the right which is what you seem to be taking it as. Intent is an essential element of both offenses. G…

Except for the fact that he didnt assault her and she said he did. Forcing entry is absolutely illegal and he should be charged with that. Not with hitting her which is what she said happened.

Is there a link for the study instead of just accepting what the journalist said?

Even in the article linked by the OP there are plenty of women hating comments. But I can include that feminist hating is just as bad as a feminist hating mens rights if you would like.

Absolutely. As much as I think we hold ourselves to a higher standard with using studies and facts and fighting over serious injustices. I have been noticing the trend that we have been doing little more than name calling and dismissing arguments because they have been said from a feminist. Lately it seems that we are more of a woman hating sub than a Mens Rights sub.

I think the most fundamental disagreement between feminists and MRAs tends to be on a definition of the word "power". Reframe "power" as "control over one's life" rather than "control over institutions, politics, the direction of society", and the framework changes. Now that second kind of power is important and meaningful, but it's not the kind of power most men want, nor is it the kind of power most men have. I don't even think it's the kind of power most women want, but I'll let them speak fo…

Technically we should disband both Mens Rights and Feminism. I have an extraordinary new idea. We can call it egalitarianism. http://www.reddit.com/r/MensRights/comments/27977r/instead_of_having_feminism_and_mens_rights_why/ http://www.reddit.com/r/Feminism/comments/19np23/mens_rights_has_a_point_but_theyre_coming_at_it/ These are the reasons they dont get along. Have you ever honestly heard of a feminist organization fighting for mens rights?

I couldn't name one feminist organization without looking it up. I was hoping someone could enlighten me

Thanks for the talk. Honestly as productive as talking to a feminazi. It's not fear mongering if it's true. How full retard have you gone? Because its not true. Show me the statistics that when men and women get divorced men lose 50% of all their money. Is it a common occurrence? Does it occur in more than 50% of all divorces? More than 75%? That is where you are fear mongering. Sure men should be aware of the risks but to say that there is a venomous snake behind every blade of grass is retarde…

No, I just didnt understand what you said previously .This makes more sense but is still ridiculous. The law doesnt say anything like women get 50% of everything a man makes. If it did then I would say you had a point, but it doesnt just automatically give 50% of everything to a woman just because they got married and then divorced. Do I think getting married is intelligent? No. Its not, and you are playing the safer bet by not getting married. I dont plan on getting married because of these rea…

" Is this a space meant for socializing and engaging? You are in public so for the most part yes. Does my statement objectify a specific part of someone’s body or focus on physical appearance? So why is it okay to be blaming someone after the court system found them not guilty for that crime? Honest question. I might not know enough about the legal system.

Not everything said needs to have evidence in order to have merit. Everything said needs to have evidence in order to have validity. The reason I ask is when I show this to people I want to be able to have validity. I dont mean to be a dick I just want to have something further to back up my claims. Thanks for the response anyways.

My biggest problem with this is that the man was proven fucking innocent. Yet he is still her attacker? Like the University has any responsibility after it was found out that he didnt fucking assault her? Edit: He was found Not Guilty not found innocent. As everyone is innocent. Until proven guilty.

I am fairly certain I mean biased, because not all feminism is bad. Its more important to judge it based on what they are actually doing(not what they say they are doing). With what you said about the type of feminism that does that I would agree, but I dont think that all feminism is like that, but thats the way I was thinking for a while. If it was even associated with feminism I had a dislike of it. Even if it was advocating something pro-mens rights.

In addition to jail time and fines, penalties for harassment can include court-ordered psychological counseling. Sentences also frequently forbid a defendant from having direct or indirect contact with the victim. Violating a no-contact provision can result in new charges, in addition to revoking the probation or parole of a convicted harasser. All this for paying someone a compliment?

Agreed. Men are the same way and I have never understood why TRP thinks that women cant have plates... Either you are at the level to command betas attention or you arent. It wont matter if someone is prone to hypergamy if you have enough competence to keep someones attention. Basically if you arent fucking man enough of course she is going to be "swinging to another branch" damn right she is. You would be too. She sees that you are a 7 and that she can get an 8. Why do you think she would be go…
/r/TheRedPill02/10/14 01:50 AM

That just isnt true. Prowess is attractive. Compare a 7 to an 8. Physically the 8 is better than the 7. But start talking to them. If they can only hold physical value... or if that is all you can appreciate then thats all there is to it. But if they can hold a conversation, keep you interested, hopefully even be witty and intelligent... Well I will just say that a 7 that can do that is worth more than an 8 physically is.

I have always said this. Being an alpha is based on competence. If you are competent you will be an alpha. If you are not you wont. Everyone sees competence whether they want to or not. Its why girls everyone flocks to those that have it. Its honestly as simple as two things... Can you? and Do you? If the answer to those is yes you are alpha. There is no being lazy because there is too much to master and too much to become competent at. As much as I hate to link it here this poem should be known…

Honestly this is true(only part I disagreed with is oral sex. I fucking love to give my girl cunnilingus), but men want the same shit as well with a different emphasis. Tell me you dont love it if you wake up with your woman riding on your cock. She didnt ask, you going to ask her to stop? Fuck no. She ties you up and has her way with you. Sure you should pay her back the favor. And asking for sex is such a turn off I wonder how people have relationships if they have to ask for it.

+1 I remember when I felt like that(I was a bitch when I first started college). When I wouldnt do something and justify it with the fact that I might fail or that I just was playing it safe. I hope that I am not doing it now and it doesnt feel like I am doing that now but if things dont get better for me and I cant get over this I am not afraid of ending the relationship. Its not like I dont get offers from other girls I just think the relationship is worth it. Thanks for the explanation!

We actually talked last night and she said that she just wasnt ready because we had a pretty rough relationship before but would do it now.(She actually bought some and wanted to surprise me apparently, but then all this shit happened) Honestly I am not sure that I would want to do bondage right now. No problem, its actually changed my view of TRP as a whole. I was pretty ignorant of it and had some pretty bad views of it. Now not so much. I mean I think some on here maybe retarded but its definitely not as bad as reddit or /r/relationships makes it out to be.

As I am fairly certain that I am going to stay with her I can do that for you. And my whole self-worth is based on the fact that no matter what I do I will succeed. Not on if I can work through a relationship. I appreciate it though. Too many males try to base their self worth on how things work for them. It doesnt matter. Your self worth is based on you. Not other people. Hell just your worth alone is based on you. Try to remind me in about 6 months.

Was a threesome with one couple for 1 night, I think its more because of the amount of sex tapes in the folder but then again I only watched the one that I knew was my SO. She says that it was only one night. I wouldn't exaggerate it as orgies and they have only recently become my friends. They have always been friends with her. I am fairly certain that I am going to shut the friends out for sure. I am not sure if I am going to leave my SO though.

Because things are different from when we had broken up to now. As in completely different, we are in a better place right now than we have ever been and I can truly say that I am happy with our relationship with the exception of finding the video. I knew that they had sex but we weren't together and had no plans of ever getting back together so its not like she did anything wrong necessarily but the way I feel isnt invalidated by that fact.

I may be, thanks for pointing this out to me. I just have never felt comfortable asserting dominance because I am an aggressive (Collegiate Wrestler) guy and many people get freaked out when I do it. I mean I am a larger guy that's whole sporting career has revolved around being able do dominate people. I am 185 at 5-10% body fat. With some decent lifts for my size and around 8 years of combat training.

Except I was the one who initiated the break because I kissed another girl. But I would say that I am much more attractive than the other guy. 5'11" 185lbs 8%BF. But what I am thinking is possibly I am too submissive for her and I need to change that(at least coming from certain responses here).

I think that is the main difference. We feel comfortable in being able to defend ourselves when push comes to shove. I personally can handle when someone is rude to me, but it seems to me that the girls in this video can't/don't want to handle someone being rude. Which might be a problem with the way that I was raised. Or it could be a problem of the girl needing to toughen up.
/r/MensRights05/08/14 07:57 PM

I completely agree and the same has happened to me but mainly its older ladies grabbing my ass. The difference is I feel completely comfortable defending myself against any of these ladies that have done so but I dont think that the lady felt that she could defend herself against her assailant. So my question to you is, Do you feel that you could have defended yourself?
