1	Gang I’m sorry to hear that - that’s absolutely awful. So they expected you to be good at cooking and cleaning as well? Some of the stereotypes I’ve heard are that Eastern European women are all supermodels, submissive, and are looking for any old creepy man with a bit of money. It’s quite degrading and nasty really, and even the ones that are poor shouldn’t be taken advantage of because of it. Can I ask what kind of cultural expectations you have that they didn’t like? 4	Gang As a British woman, thank you for this. Most of the Eastern European women I’ve met are absolutely stunning, intelligent, and super hard-working. And they are not all poor looking for a knight in shining armour to ‘save’ them. I see why men would like them but they should stop fetishising them and using it as an excuse to be rude about British women. Thank you for making me feel better as my life has been objectively dull. I grew up quite poor and never really had the money to pursue hobbies, extracurricular activities or go travelling.
