This should be open-and-shut for your friend. They were both intoxicated. Witnesses can attest that SHE initiated. No witnesses can attest to a withdrawal of consent, nor can they attest to any obvious distress after the incident. I'm not sure if the continued hooking up is admissible, but if it is, it just piles on top of the evidence for your friend's innocence. If you search for "famous actress" you won't get a male at all. Whole first page is women at the very least because it doesn't try to include the Wikipedia entry for "Actor."

Because it's just the feminine form of Actor. The page would have identical content to the existing one. Same reason you won't find a separate page for policeman and policewoman.

Which means it isn't under "Actress" at all. It's like typing in "America" in Wikipedia and getting redirected to "U.S.A." It wouldn't be in the search results at all because it isn't the actual term, but because it's just another form of the word you're searching for, it includes the article for the other term in the search.

It's only because there is no Wikipedia page for "Actress" so it redirects it to "Actor." Technically he's under "Actor" but it shows him on the sidebar since it's the closest thing to "Actress."

Results have shifted around since I last checked, the earliest pic I found of her was at 392, and the pic with the male is now missing. The results only go to pic 400, so it's somewhere post 400 now.

I was legitimately just thinking about this exact thing. I refused to participate with family today and just stayed home because I find the whole ritualistic nature of these things to be irrelevant to me. I've gotten that much. Moreso concerned with specifics and what's up for interpretation. Like, if a romantic/monetary relationship is with certainty off the table, is there issue with prostitution? Just an example but I'd assume there are a lot of other specifics like it.
