Rape is (by federal definition) “the forced penetration of the vagina, anus or mouth with a penis or other foreign object.” Therefore by federal definition a woman can not rape a man unless they peg said man. My 2 main issues is if it’s someone in power or the age difference is massive. Like if it was a 40 year old and a 15 year old (boy or girl) that’s fucked up, same if it’s a teacher/coach/counselor.
