You had sex with her whilst drunk - she is unable to give informed consent (unless your lawyer can pull the R V Bree defence, which is exceedingly unlikely as you were high/drunk) hence this is rape. The accusation against the facts of drink spiking or family threats are irrelevant, you have still committed rape regardless of the subsequent family feud. ​ Further to this, filming and distributing on Snapchat will probably give her a claim for revenge porn or breach of privacy at a minimum
