Want to know the difference between those two cases? There was enough evidence and Information for authorities to even think a murder took place, and put the defendant on trial. Courtney love hasn't been charged, put on trial, nothing. I know it may be hard to believe, but tortured artists who have a history of trying to kill themselves a dozen times sometimes see it to completion.

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with American Law. What law is there that dictates that the police can tell you where to be on your property without a search warrant or under arrest? Can they force me to be in the first floor bathroom, or my upstairs bedroom? Was the city under martial law? Just because somebody is pointing a gun at you doesn't make them right. Might isn't right.

No. My happiness, and her happiness, are not defined by the ability to fuck. For example, one of us was the sole breadwinner for two years while the other was between work, and had to figure out what the fuck we were going to do with our lives. Or choosing to get interested in hobbies that take up a large amount of space in a small condo, or leaving town for a pleasure trip / vacation while the other didn't get the time off. Its kind of crazy, but we treat each other like adults who can take car…

There is a joke I am going to butcher. Criminal court is the worst people at their best, and divorce court is the best people at their worst. I have a few family members who have gone through separation. One of them has a kid involved and according to him a crazy wife. The one sided story I get from him is that his ex wife would use the child to punish him, but at the cost of messing with the child's routine. Some people will cut off their nose to spite the face.

I've got a pretty good thing going. Seven years strong with my relationship, we both have full freedom to pursue happiness, and it's great.
