Unfuck motivation and discipline. They may not be sustainable in the long term, but they have their uses. Motivation is the fuel that gets you started, then the discipline to do what you need to do, when you need to do it, whether you feel like it or not is what crystallises those habits in place.

Audible is great, but since I don't really want to be getting 1 month trials all the time, I just straight up download some on the biggest ones like seven habits. People are always trying to push you into the little box which matches their description of you (so that their bullshit little reality makes sense and they don't have to question their beliefs). You have to constatnly be aware of this, in order to pretty much be constantly pushing against this "perception" pressure, unless of course you surround yourself with highly conscious individuals.
