Men are very cruel indeed, but the way these types of women do it is insane levels of cruelty. Not only do you hurt yourself and the person you accuse, but you hurt the women who have actually been assaulted. Every false accusation just makes it harder for a real victim to get their justice in court. It would be nice if we as a species could just stop lying about this one thing.

I did some research about it back in the day. It all depends. I fully believe men should be able to defend themselves against women, but the sheer difference in the weight behind his hits vs hers is a very lethal difference.
