And most the ones with the bottom views think that full social justice is exactly what they're doing

Just found the original Post, the top comments are all "NTA, you're just sexually incompatible", which is the completely fair take imo, there's only like 2-3 very mixed threads that are actually misandric and down the line it is called out a few times too

They don't exclude each other tbh, he cheated by going out excessively drinking without his wife, betraying her trust, but the act of sex was r*pe.

When half of feminists are "female supremacists" and both halfs run around screaming that the others "aren't real feminists" the word loses all meaning when it comes to that, instead the only real thing left about feminism is that calling yourself one inherently supports the organizations that run under that name, and they're closer to the "female supremacists" side last I checked

to be fair, I would imagine less men to want pre nups when their wealth is lower too

yeah no shit sherlock that's not what Im saying, even accounting for more crimes, men are still killed by police wayyy out of proportion
/r/MensRights14/11/22 07:09 PM

men are like 20x or something more likely to get killed by police, police brutality is definitely part of mens issues

ah yes, defying gender norms by manning up, absolutely no contradiction there

So we're supposed to do the exact thing we resent them for?

So everyone not aware of the situations of mens rights should just be left behind or something? Do you not see what's harmful about this kind of "us vs them" projection?
/r/MensRights26/09/22 09:58 PM

Was following well until that last sentence. Yes, men get overlooked as always, however the conclusion is definitely not "stop fighting for human rights".
/r/MensRights26/09/22 09:53 PM

p sure that was an exaggeration, they prolly ment that the average man was literally dead in a war, with that usually not being the case for most women
/r/MensRights26/09/22 06:42 PM

Imagine going to islam (or whatever 3rd world country that shits on womens rights, Im not that geographically strong) and telling a bunch of feminists there that "men having rights is not taking away from your rights". Sounds stupid right? Then don't do that here

sUcH a DePrIvEd MeNtAlItY tHaT yOu ThInK yOu ShOuLd bE aBlE tO rApE mEn AnD fOrCe ThEm To PaY yOu FoR iT. Anyways, that is not the reason I support financial abortion, however it is something women are allowed to as a consequence of having reproductive rights, so it would also become one with mens reproductive rights. I don't think it's possible to properly take care of the extreme situations without getting those consequences tho
/r/MensRights24/09/22 10:33 PM

Exept she literally can just give the child up for adoption and not care more either? So she can chose not to care, or chose to care, if u want it that way, while he is "forced not to care"
/r/MensRights24/09/22 10:26 PM
3

Are you really trying to tell me, that fathers wouldn't care about the abortion? In fact, the man leaving the woman would still leave her the choice of being a mother, not the case other way around
/r/MensRights24/09/22 10:21 PM
8

well it also applies to less extreme but more common situations like women lying about their bc and similar situations, it doesn't change much of the point tho
/r/MensRights24/09/22 10:16 PM
2

literally, women have the right to chose not to become mothers, while men don't and get forced into fatherhood against their will, that is literally textbook discrimination
/r/MensRights24/09/22 10:14 PM
3

huh? like sorry for calling rape victims victims?
/r/MensRights24/09/22 07:40 PM

It would allow a man to not be forced to pay child support. Mainly in context of betrayal or rape to help men who fall victim to those, although it would also often come up in other cases
/r/MensRights24/09/22 07:25 PM
19

yes, if Im lyed to, tricked, drugged, unconscious, raped or whatever, I should not be forced to pay for the resulting child and abandon them if u wanna call it that. Imagine calling a woman a coward for not wanting to give money to her rapist, seems like an idea worth rejecting.
/r/MensRights24/09/22 07:21 PM

nope, usually they just pretend to by naming a few mild ones and then proceed to blame them on men and claim that therefore theyre not actually problems

tbh that one was probably joking anyways

Compared to actual rights we're discrimated against in like reproductive rights, drafting, genital mutilation, family rights, protection from violence, abuse and rape and whatever else I might be missing rn, yes we do

seems like u have to pay for hidester, which as a minor I won't, however I tried to remove the "sci-hub.se" part of the link which I believe worked, but the full article also seems to require paying so ig Ill just pass here for now I'll leave the link that did work in case someone else has a similar issue tho: https://doi.org/10.1177/107906329600800206

Yes, but for her to not use any birth control/protection at all and instead just aborting everything is a shit move. Abortion should be an emergency kinda thing in case bc fails, not something you play around with and do all the time.

The charges would literally only happen, if there was proof that the accuser lied about the act. There would be no actual reason to be afraid of getting convicted of lying if you just don't lie. The charges for lying would only ever happen after the lie has already been proven during the court proceedings for the rape, so also noone would be accused as liar if they arent one. Tbf maybe some people will just go full bonkers and falsly claim everyone to be a liar but that already happens and it ha…

still you can bring attention to that friend towards the fact, that them calling themselves a feminist directly supports all those other feminists who did kick you
/r/MensRights18/07/22 12:07 AM

not saying it doesnt happen, but compared to the amount of prognancies it's not a majority, just like men losing their lives due to their missing reproductive rights happens, although not a majority of the cases either
/r/MensRights15/07/22 08:08 PM

Death by pregnancy is fairly rare and forcing minors to pay for their rapists babys probably leads to some number of suicides (dont have the data for this one, but I think it's a fair assumtion)

Hmm I wonder who is the "real" feminist, the people in control of the feminist movement and responsible for political influence of feminism or random people on the internet claiming the "thats not real feminism, feminism is equality"…
/r/MensRights05/07/22 03:34 PM

You dont even have to actually be the father, the woman can just claim you are and if you cant prove in a given time that you arent the father, then youll still have to pay child support, even if its proven the day after or the woman just straight up refuses to let you get dna testings with the child. Depends on the state I think tho

Maybe, I dont often look through the comments lmao The Idea is, that with the ban of abortion, people will fight for it to be legalized again, so itll get more attention, hope that like that financial abortion gets into the conversation as well. And actually men and women support abortion at similar rates iirc, mostly its religions that go full bananas when it comes to abortion, more of a people vs church than men vs women imo lol
/r/MensRights26/06/22 10:29 AM

I don't think these post are celebrating the ban, in fact in a lot of these posts (Id like to say most, but I doubt I've actually seen all) OP states to be pro choice too, p sure these posts intend on bringing attention towards "financial abortion" (or whatever u wanna call it idk) although sure, I see they can easily be misunderstood

Yes you can work, but you already need to work to pay for studies, rent, food and usually the payments for teens are worse (might just be here actually, but thats my perseption) so yes, any additional payments is life changing, especially if youre jailed if you dont pay, personally I could not afford it currently, maybe 1-2 years bc Ive never bought anything too big and basically have been saving my whole life, but then my savings would already be gone. Also I wasn't claiming pregnancies to lite…

in early years it definitely is, like how tf r u gonna pay for studies and get ur life together while also somehow having to get that money without finished education? sure in later 20s-30s once u actually have a secured job and everything it gets a lot easier, but tbf (I might be wrong on this tho) p sure a pregnancy gets less impactful later in life as well once you have a secured job and stuff, doesnt it?
/r/MensRights26/06/22 09:43 AM

Im not that deep into it, however I do remember a 14 yo having to pay a total of 40 thousand dollars over the span of 18 years, p sure the income is just a factor for the judges to determine what is "necessary"
/r/MensRights26/06/22 09:34 AM
1

Not physically in a literal way, however if ur forced to pay 10s of thousands of dollars minimum at 18 (or even earlier) you're never going to end up anywhere in life realistically from there, basically taking your life but with extra steps ig

I could properly respond, but rn copying a quote by Karen Straughan (I think) seems more fitting: So what you're saying is that you, a commenter using a username on an internet forum are the true feminist, and the feminists actually responsible for changing the laws, writing the academic theory, teaching the courses, influencing the public policies, and the massive, well-funded feminist organizations with thousands and thousands of members all of whom call themselves feminists... they are not "r…

"this content is not available in your region" not sure if thats a good or bad sign lol
/r/MensRights29/05/22 04:04 PM

LOL! Because men have any reproductive rights in the first place... Although ig this comment can pass as dumb on my watch, we should aim for male reproductive rights, not for women to loose theirs
/r/MensRights03/05/22 02:44 PM

Depends, with most of my friends its very cool, but on the internet? yeah keep dreaming
/r/MensRights23/04/22 10:44 PM

When I look up the definitions of rape in the us, uk and australia all of them define it as penetration, which by definition can only be done by a penis. Am I missing something or is the eu p much the only place women raping men is actually seen as rape?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates10/11/21 04:22 PM
1

In some places married people get to pay less taxes iirc
/r/MensRights01/09/21 04:09 PM
2

well yeah, obviously its not something we can just achieve from today to tomorrow, but its still a goal worth having, also the people not going after the accused is still part of the "no punishment" I mentioned, instead they should just emotionally support the victim
/r/MensRights06/08/21 08:35 PM
-1

because therapy and emotional support only helps them if they have actually been raped? if that was what we gave them instead of money and punishing others, then also less people would falsely accuse others
/r/MensRights29/07/21 03:59 PM
-1

we could if we educated people on how moronic it is to believe something without proof or evidence, just that it would require a lot of political influence, which we dont have, as a goal or wish i dont see anything wrong with it tho
/r/MensRights29/07/21 02:49 AM
-2

did i say anywhere, that i meant only the legal punishment? no. so if i say to only punish with proof, why does that now magically exclude social punishment?
/r/MensRights29/07/21 02:38 AM
-5

read my fucking message, i literally just said not to punish the accused until theres proof
/r/MensRights28/07/21 09:52 PM
-13

Why not just support the victim, mentally and maybe pay them therapy, while only punishing the accused when there is the proof/enough evidence?
/r/MensRights28/07/21 04:29 PM
1

I don't agree. Why? Because I do want to be friends with women
/r/PurplePillDebate24/03/21 06:51 PM
1

in this case i think the police that destroyed the evidence, that would have shown the actual rapist, should be the ones punished, but i can actually understand her as she did get raped and is definitely traumatized hard, although he shouldn't get put back obviously
/r/MensRights05/03/21 10:26 AM

better?
/r/MensRights17/02/21 11:04 AM
